+ -1 moreEverything went great. The company that built the TV, RCA, couldn't find the part, but Audio-Video had one in stock. They were out here to get the TV right away, and had it fixed in a day. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Something in the TV was sending too much voltage to the splitter, and ruined the splitter. Audio-Video service fixed the problem in the television and replaced the splitter.
