Chance Lethcoe owner is deceitful and a liar. He promised for over 5 months to repair the damaged sidewalks his trucks cracked and never returned to do so. I finally had to pay $2000 to fix them since they were a tripping hazard. I sent him the bill but no surprise when he refused to pay it and now tries to say they never damaged the sidewalks. This has been going for months and I have texts where he assures me I am on his schedule to have them fixed. This is just one of many issues I had dealing with him and his lies. I unfortunately, paid him in full $9400 so now I have no other option then to sue him to recover some of my costs. Add the $9400 With $200 I had to pay to have someone remove the mulch he left and the $2000 for sidewalk repairs...this was a very expensive lesson!
Description of Work: I had 2 very large trees and 8 smaller trees removed from property.
