+ -1 morejohn told me he was a general contractor. the work was NEVER DONE. every week I received an email stating that they couldn't do the work.

+ -1 moreHorrible. Can't even get the pool properly covered. Took them three times. A few days after the 1st attempt, the water bags were empty and the pool cover ended up partly in the water. Asked to pay for extra bags. A week after the 2nd attempt, which they make the cover oriented to be over just a portion of the pool so that it won't fall into the water, but it did anyway. They are about to ask me to pay for a new cover. They are NOT professionals, be careful.

+ -1 moreWe tried to get several pool folks to contact us to no avail. Family Leisure gave us 6 companies to call, ASP was the only one who returned our call. He gave us a date and time which he kept. The price was as quoted. But the thing that impressed us most was his level of expertise and professionalism. Unlike some other contractor we have had, the sky was not falling and he didn't try to upsell us with things we didn't need.
Description of Work: John has taken care of our pool opening and closing. He performs all maintenance as well.
