Deshawn Willis was our tech today. Installed a Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat for us so we could control the temp in our house remotely. Deshawn was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Did the work quickly and walked us through how to connect it to the app and how to make it function. Great service!

ARS switched out a leaking tankless water heater with with the same unit I had in storage. Jason completed the plumbing but then stuck around for a couple of hours to make sure everything was working well. It took a lot of trouble-shooting because of the age of the replacement unit. Thanks Jason!

They came out to look at unit. After examining the unit, they pinpointed the issue. They did not have the part and then scheduled to come back out the next day. The next day they ghosted me even though there was an appointment. Got a new scheduled appointment from 11:00am-3:00pm, then got a call at 7:30pm saying they were in the way. I told them it was too late to reschedule the next day. Never heard from them again.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice and did a great job, so far we have had no problems.

I hired them to replace a 6 in section of pex that developed a hole, because I wanted it done correctly. Instead the technician cut the leak out and inserted a connector....on a section of pipe that was only about 6 inches! Now I have two sections of old pex just waiting to fail. Called to asked them to do the job correctly and had to leave messages. They have ghosted me except for collections. I spent $7500.00 replacing a HVAC Unit and was happy with the service so thought I would try there plumbing. BIG MISTAKE! These are the same jokers that Home Depot pushes at their stores. Beware!
