ARS / Rescue Rooter Nashville

Description of Work: ARS Installed a package unit on 4/25/2013. After 12 months the unit is now running fine and is now roughly what was agreed to on the sales contract. I find it heats the house fine in the winter and does a good job of cooling the house in the summer. It is a Rheem 3.5 ton package unit. I was not pleased from day one with the sales process or the installation process. I feel they played sales games ( inflated price then large discount and also substituting on the perceived quality of product) with you during the sales contract signing process. It's hard to be confident you got what you paid for under those circumstances. The installation was poorly coordinated. I had to have the unit re-installed due to the inexperience of the two installers since neither one had installed a unit such as this before. 12 months have gone by and now I finally have a working A/C with an air scrubber that I now believe is installed and working correctly. I have been working with the general manager of the company to resolve my issues and although he wants to provide good customer service and he believes his is providing good customer service I must say that the services I have received do not match my expectations. Simply put we have decided to agree that we disagree on the service level a company should provide to it's customers. The Rheem A/C unit is good quality but this company is lacking in it's performance of customer service. I believe that other Angie's list members would also find that this company does not have enough skilled employees and equipment to provide a reasonable level of satisfaction for A/C service. I have a good working unit now but will have to search elsewhere for a company to service the equipment.

Description of Work: Work was performed in April. Estimate was correct. AC tune up. Excellent "A". As usual service was excellent, quality of work was excellent, Price was fair and they were always professional.
