Description of Work: We had a pipe split on Easter Sunday. We tried calling 2 local plumbers but they could not even bother to return our calls to say they would not come. Ars came out promptly and charged us $69. We thought this was very very reasonable.

Description of Work: Heat pump ARS installed a year prior. Still under warranty a part failed releasing all the freon. Was charged nearly $800.00 to replace the freon. It took ARS 2 visits to replace the malfunctioning part.
