Archadeck of Nashville

We had used Archadeck of Cincinnati 30 years ago to build a deck which was a good experience; so when we wanted to build one for a new spa at our Old Hickory Lake house this past Spring (2019), and only had about 6 weeks before a big Memorial Day event, we called Russell Henderson of Archadeck of Nashville. Given the tight deadline Russell and his team were able to flex their schedule and work us in. They built the deck to the specifications required to hold an 8 person spa, matched the materials we have on our porches, and finished the job on time and on budget. Russell worked change orders quickly making any needed adjustment to the schedule and costs. We so appreciated the quality of the work and their ability to meet our timing. The deck turned out beautiful and is a nice additional to our outdoor living.

Russell met with us, listened to our wish list - and our budget - and drew up a plan that was exactly what we wanted (while still within our budget). He made very helpful suggestions when we didn't know what we wanted. He took care of all the code and HOA paperwork. We appreciated that Russell kept us informed through every step in the process. The workmen, who both tore down the old deck and built the new deck, were prompt, efficient & courteous. They finished the project on the scheduled completion date, even when the weather did not cooperate for days on end. The entire process was painless, which again is much better than I've heard from friends and relatives on similar projects. We would highly recommend Russell Henderson and Archadeck for any deck or patio project.

Archadeck is first class in everything: design, workmanship, management of all aspects, communication and knowledge. EVERYTHING the website and promo materials say is true! Our new deck beckons us out to enjoy the outdoors, something our old, tired, contractor-grade deck never did. Highly recommend. You may pay a little more but well worth it to my husband and me.

Russell was very prompt and direct. He took my requests into consideration, but worked to keep me on budget.
