Apex's service was great. My experience with them was perfect. I will use them again.

It was great. We ended up not getting the windows. They were fantastic to deal with. We decided not to get them. Their bid was around $12000. The representative we dealt with was fantastic. He was very thorough and he was not pushy at all. He didn't put any timelines on us. He followed up very appropriately. He gives the references when we asked for them. He was very efficient in doing that. We just decided that it wasn't in our budget to actually follow through. I sure would have gone with them if it was because they were amazing. Their quote was the best of the ones that we received.

It went great.. They were on-time. They were courteous. They cleaned up quickly after themselves. The job was done quick.

The salesman we spoke to was more knowledgeable than any of his competitors; their primary focus was price while his was the quality and energy-savings characteristics of the window. On installation day the crew was in at 7:00 AM and out by2:00 PM. The did a great installation and cleaned up when they were done. One window could not be installed due to breakage in shipment and two or three others had minor damage. They returned in about five weeks and corrected the problems. They never tried to back out of any commitments. We were very satisfied with every step in the process. We had very cold weather this winter and now. three months after the installation we're still impressed with the windows. They're certainly more expensive than the others we looked at, but I believe we have gotten a much better product. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone needing replacement windows.

It went really well. We are very pleased with the windows and the guys that installed them. They were very professional and we would recommend them to others.

The owner of Apex (Adam) was professional, personable and pleasant to work with however we experienced significant issues with installation. The entire process spanned more than 6 months and included multiple attempts by manufacturer (Alside) to provide proper ize/fit on 'eyebro' window . Additionally, we experienced 2 'no shows' for scheduled installations. Adam was quite apologetic on behalf of installers and made himself available to house sit during one of the untimely reschedules. Although a prolonged process a price concession was not offered other than allowing use of Visa for payment providing us some air miles.....Full payment was not requested until we were completely satisfied.. The final product did prove to be quite nice however the process, manufacturing problems and installation issues are hard to overlook, and unfortunately prevent a full endorsement.

The installation crew was punctual, and very efficient and careful in their work. All work was completed and cleaned up in one day. Adam Morris was very responsive to inquiries and sent all needed tax rebate forms quickly. I will definitely use tis company when we have the rest of our windows replaced. The windows and the work were far superior to that of another very prominent and well respected company that had installed 4 windows for us previously

The WIndows have been in place about 8 months and are performing very well. We're very pleased with them. The installers were scheduled, came on time and finished all in one day. It was about 6 men that came on time and they worked professionally as a team and finished in one day! They completely cleaned up the house and yard of all rubbish and carted off the old windows. I was amazed. A Great experience!

The sales presentation was not high pressured. It felt more like an information gathering session for us. We were allowed to think on matters a bit and get other estimates without pressure. Scheduling measurements was convenient. The estimator did guess at one window size because it was too high for the ladder he brought. The guesstimate was wrong and required a second visit from the installation crew however scheduling this wasn't a problem because I work part-time and am home alot anyway. Also one of our windows got broken prior to installation but the sash was replaced without any hassle. Overall we were very pleased with the product, the services and especially the price.

Sales presentation comprehensive and low key. Price good. Appointment for installation made at our convenience. Installers on time, work neat and clean up exceptional. Several windows broken and one measured wrong; informed of problem, windows reordered and job finished within a month. Full payment not due until work completed to our satisfaction. We love our windows!

Aciam the sailes rep was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The installers were very efficient, well mannered and even trimmed our already linstalled Pella windows to match our new Apex ones.

Apex did a great job and installation were wonderful.

The first crew did a fine job, working quickly and efficiently and leaving the premises spotless.The manufacturers had sent one incorrect window, and though Apex was quick to offer to make it right, that second step was slow and communication poor.

The window installers were on time, efficient excellent work. Pick up. Kind, courteous. Even Apex guy who sold as the windows came by to make sure everything was going smooth and we were happy.

They were terrific. Everybody was courteous. Apex sent their best installation team. They came in at 7:00 in the morning, and within four hours, the windows were in, neat, and caulked. Only one person came in to do the inside caulking, and it was very neat. They are new to our market in Nashville, but they're out of Indianapolis.
