Everything was exactly to schedule. The house was cleaner after they left. Very professional and polite. Had three old windows replace with one giant slider. Non opening bathroom window was replaced with a slider. The house is so quiet now. There were cheaper windows than Apex but you get what you pay for. These are full lifetime warranty. Triple pain.

The installation was completed in one day and I have not had any issues. Having both new windows on the front and old windows on the back of my house, I can definitely feel the difference on a cold day. The heat loss on the old windows is so much greater. When I replace the remaining windows I will be calling APEX.

The sales team did an excellent job showcasing the features and benefits of their windows. The order process went very smooth even though we asked for several variations on the quote. The installation crew had the new windows up in record time.

The Apex Energy Solutions crew (especially the crew chief) were absolutely the very best service that I have been given by any contractor - EVER. They updated me on their arrival time. While onsite they were very timely, extremely efficient, clean, very courteous and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I can honestly say that I have never had such exemplary service as that which they gave us. All three of the Apex installation crew deserve a raise or bonus for sure. I am more than happy to provide any sort recommendation and/or public testament to their awesome level of service. So very impressed!

Excellent product and service - The triple pane alside windows are great and the installation was fast and good quality. I highly recommend APEX for the replacement window projects. We now have 13 windows replaced by APEX worth the investment.

The contract was signed 23 February 2016 with Aaron Pudlo, Apex Energy Solutions. We were advised by the manufacturer the windows would be available for installation on 04 April 2016. On that date, the installation crew was onsite early am as scheduled. Existing windows were removed and the Insignia replacement windows were installed the same day. The following day, the crew returned early am, as scheduled, to complete the trim, caulking and clean-up. These installers, Cory Downing, Jared Heinitz, Donovan Neilson, Jacob Green and Logan Murphy were extremely professional, courteous, answered any question, removed all debris and even re-installed the brackets for the wood blinds on every window, something they certainly were not responsible for completing. They treated our home as if were their own. Today, 15 April 2016, Bryson Whiteaker, 2eScore representative, completed our TVA audit and gave us helpful information toward further energy saving ideas. In addition, our rebate check should be received in 4-6 weeks from TVA. From the beginning of our first sales contact, to completion of installation, to the TVA rebate process through 2eScore, this has been a very enjoyable and satisfying process. Every contact has been as I would have wanted it to be.

They had a great product and a great price on their product. We had a lot of people come out to give us quotes on windows . These windows compared to windows that were sold for over twice as much! We didn't actually chose to go with Apex because we were looking for something else but I would for sure use this company at a later date.

Starting with the no pressure sales and window demo with Bryan Kenny of Apex and the finish today with the Alside master installer crew, this has been a painless and very pleasing experence. The installers arrived on time with the correct materials and started the process. They put down tarps inside, removed shoes while inside and cleaned up inside and out when the job was finished. They also took the time to explain the process and invited questions. The wife is happy so everyone is happy. Bottom line the work done looks great and we are pleased at the total project.

We LOVE our new windows and Doors! What a difference they make not only in the electric bill, and how often the HVAC runs, but they are so beautiful! We appreciate our view much more now.

The guys were prompt in arriving to install the windows. The only hitch was one large window was not included but a quick trip to the warehouse remedied that. It only took one day. When they were finished they cleaned up all the old windows and took them off. If we had not finished our windows, we would definitely use them again. I would recommend Apex windows and Apex Energy Solutions to anyone looking for a good quality window at a reasonable price.

I am very pleased with the service, price, and product. From the first visit to my home to show me an example of the product and explain the entire process, all the way through installation, everyone was polite and professional. The installers were right on time and were very efficient and extremely tidy. They even removed all of the stickers from the windows and cleaned them thoroughly. I was amazed at how quickly they accomplished the job. Great crew!! My windows are beautiful, I don't even want to put blinds back up because they are so pretty. I give two thumbs up and heartily recommend them!

The consultation with Brian was outstanding. He was always on time and very communicative for both consultations. He was very knowledgable about the product and answered all the questions we had. His estimate for the scope of work exceeded our expectations and took into account some specific details we wanted taken care of during the install. The team APEX used to install our windows was very punctual and courteous both days the team showed up at the house. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work for the entire project. The team of installers were incredibly professional and clean during both days. We had no dirt or debris leftover from the extensive project and the master installer even made a couple adjustments based on feedback during the first day of work. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire process (consultation for the windows, consultation for install, the installation) and was impressed with the level of communication from APEX during every step. I would highly recommend this company and the team of installers.

We shopped many window companies for 5 replacement windows for a Kitchen remodel. There were cheaper windows out there. But to us that's just what they were. We wanted triple Pane low E for sound reduction as well as energy savings. We chose Apex simlpy because it is the best looking window out there! We found windows that were rated close to these that were cheaper, but they just didn't look as nice as these. They are well built and Beautiful! After the install, we noticed right away that you could not hear people talking outside the house, unless you moved to a room that had old windows. The kitchen is now the most temperature stable room in the house! Bryan Kenny was our sales person. No hard sell! He laid out the features. Explained the price points of Apex wndows and the competition. I didn't even buy on his first visit. I told him I was shopping and that was fine. After I shopped around, he came back a second time and brought a casement window for us to see, and that was it! The installers were Top notch! My install looks amazing!! The best, most beautiful windows out there! Thanks Guys!!

The windows are lovely and we couldn't have hoped for better. Steve Brown was a pleasure to deal with. We had originally received an estimate in the summer of 2014, and when we contacted him in November, he advised us the estimate was still valid. The windows arrived sooner than expected. My only issue was that on the day the installation was scheduled, I received a call 5 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the workers to advise me that they would have to reschedule due to rain (there was a very light rain in Nashville during the morning which subsided before they would have arrived, but apparently they live outside the city where it was raining harder). I was very upset, as I had rearranged my schedule. Steve returned my call immediately, and we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. They arrived the next day to install the windows, and were done in about 7 hours. I would use them again.

Everyone involved was very professional from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy, just a clear explanation of the product and the installation process. Stephen Brown, the marketing director, had a great working relationship with Lou, Robbie and the other installers and all went smoothly. They maintained a very high standard of workmanship and I couldn't be more pleased.

An Apex representative came to our front door at the exact time I was in my bedroom praying to God about who we should call to discuss the replacement of our windows. Cost was a real concern. Quality was a concern. The replacement of these windows was a large job. The installers they used did an excellent job. They take great pride in the quality of their work. We are very satisfied with these windows so far. We enjoy the fact that they have ease of movement so they are easy to wash and easy to open. I enjoy having fresh air circulating in the house. The installers were very efficient and very concerned that we were completely satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with Apex windows. We love the way that they look and how they work. The technicians were prompt and left the house without a footprint!

Earlier this year before the summer started, Apex Energy installed all new windows and a new sliding glass door in our house. I love the windows for their beauty and their energy efficiency. I could definitely tell a difference during the summer when the sun shines into our front window. Last year that room would get really hot, especially on the hardwood floor where light was hitting it. This year the floor was only lightly warmed and the whole room was much cooler. The UV filtering is great, and the thermal barrier is very effective. I only have one complaint about the whole process: the workers didn't clean the windows after installing them. This may sound nit picky, but when you're spending over $12,000 on some new windows you'd like them to be clean! We came home from work at the end of the day to admire our new windows, and instead discovered that we had to clean off the smudges from the workers' sweat. Overall I was pleased with the process and I recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

I contacted Apex the first time via their website. They responded very quickly and arranged to come out for a quote. The sales rep was very friendly, extremely knowledgable about the windows, the warranty, the installation process and also knowledgable about his competitors. He was able to prepare the finished quote while still at our house and there was no pressure at all to make a decision while he was there. They provided several references close to our house so we could drive by and see their finished product. We got quotes from 2 other window companies. In the end we were most impressed with the Apex warranty , quality of their product, and their price compared to other companies. They were able to match our trim colors perfectly (taupe on the outside with white on the inside) and had some creative ideas to improve the kitchen and office windows while also saving us money. They said it would take about 12 weeks for the new windows to arrive and that was pretty accurate. They scheduled installation over 2 days and it went very smoothly. We had a couple screens that needed attention and the Apex guys were glad to come back out and make it exactly right. Overall, we have been very happy with our new windows. The temperature in our house is much more consistent and the AC quit running constantly. Our house backs up to a busy road and we noticed right away how much quieter it was. I can highly recommend Apex and love to show my neighbors my new windows.

Outstanding. Steve Brown was the sales rep and did a no-nonsense job of presenting the windows and options. Not only did he not try to upsell me, he actually offered me alternatives that helped reduce costs without compromising the effectiveness of the thermal barrier or appearance. For example, every room had awning windows that were more expensive than double hung. I had thought that double hung would be awkward because of the positioning. He assured me I'd be okay in several rooms, saving hundreds of dollars. The windows are triple pane. Great insulation. My master bedroom catches the morning sun. I barely feel warmth when I touch the inside glass. Both my and my neighbor's A/C compressors are outside the window. Barely hear them now. Most amazing is that my alternative bid, which was for a 2 pane window from one of the highly advertised vendors came in at $11,000, after all the add-ons. Steve Brown started as a sales rep but he stayed on top of the project to the end. This is a good company with a good product.
