Uzi and his team were amazing! They did incredible work and completed our addition in a timely manner. Uzi was always available for any questions or concerns . Any other projects we need done we will be calling Uzi again.

Great work and a professional crew, they put in 8 hrs days and ckeaned up at the end of each day. They completed the project in about 2 weeks. Uzi check in daily with me and his crew. They made the project look easy and no frustration! I have recommended them to several neighbors!

Wow, just wow! Uzi and his team knocked it out of the park with our screened in porch and deck build! We had a screen porch and open deck built on the back of our house. Attention from the owner of American Services of TN was amazing! He called daily letting me know what was completed that day and what would be done the next day. This company does a LOT of screen porches. Owner suggested finishes and materials we had not considered. The finished project is more beautiful than we imagined going into this addition. Workers were present every day from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Worked every day. Entire project completed in just a few weeks! Top quality materials and workmanship! We are extremely happy with the results. Quote for the project was in line with other quotes from other builders.

American Services ( Uzi ) was helpful and accommodating from our first estimate meeting. The final product exceeded expectations. The work crews were friendly and skilled. The project will take ( it’s in the final stage) approximately 3 1/2 weeks. This is a deck demo and redesign/ rebuild -almost doubling size and adding a screened room with a stone wall and tiled floor. Also a flagstone area and additional storage room underneath. Uzi was accessible at all points of the process and responsive to our input. Zero communication barriers as noted in a prior review. Construction was completed to request re: using hangers, bolted posts etc… I definitely would recommend.

American Services did an exceptional job building us a covered deck. The owner, Uzi Shmueli, provided a estimate within a day of reaching out when other companies did not return calls or were not available for weeks. Uzi also provided us with references and after looking at one of his projects we knew we had to proceed. Communication was great! Uzi kept in touch with us daily and always provided updates and expectations regarding the project when weather and the holidays were upon us. We definitely recommend American Services!

This work was done several months ago but I wanted to live with it a bit before reviewing. While I was a little disappointed in the final followup, I have to say that the rooms that were remodeled are looking great and so much more functional than they were before. The kitchen is solid and the bathroom is beyond expectations. We lived in the house during construction and made changes along the way, but Uzi made it all work quickly and efficiently, and communicated changes as they happened for no surprises. I would hire him again.

Great! Work started quickly and was done quickly. Everyone was professional and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Uzi worked with me on a plan. Once the plan was determined his crew showed up every day promptly and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and at the price quoted. I did make a few upgrades along the way which he gladly accepted the change of plans. We have a beautiful living area now that allows us to relax and enjoy nature without the insects! The accent brick wall is beautiful - friends and family love our new space. In addition, we have an outdoor area made of composite decking.

We wanted a screened deck, maybe just something simple. Uzi was recommended by a neighbor. He came and told us we could have skylights, a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and more. It all sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't! Our new deck looks amazing. His crew came in and built our new deck in about 3 weeks, and it is beautiful! They worked so fast, cleaned up everyday. The craftmanship is beautiful. We love our new deck. I can't say enough about how wonderful the company was and how beautiful our deck is!

We are very pleased with all the work performed. The crew was quiet, reliable and efficient. The work was actually underway a week earlier than expected. Uzi is responsive and easy to contact at any time. The cost was competitive and any requested modifications were reasonable. Our only delay involved the project plans for the building permit submittal. Be advised that a project of this scope involves detailed professionally produced plans being drawn up. This is not a DIY option. Plan for this cost and permitting fees in your budget separately from the construction quote. We would highly recommend American Services. It was a pleasure working with Uzi and his crew.

The owner Uzi Shmueli was terrific to work with. His attention to detail, and suggestions for different finishes was outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with our finished project. He specializes in outdoor living areas, and really knows what he's doing. He even found ways to save us money with some different ideas. He's very busy (another sign of how in demand he is), but if you can get him for your project, you'll be very pleased with the end result. We look forward to years of enjoyment in our beautiful porch and open deck!

I am very well pleased with Uzi and how easy he was to work with. I especially appreciated the level of communication with them. He was very responsive to some small modifications we suggested and took care of them with no hassle. I also like that he employs his own workers and doesn't subcontract out the work to other companies. We had the same men and women working as the job was completed. We have had several great comments on the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with Uzi and his team. The new porch was actually done a few days ahead of schedule and we’re very happy with the final product. Before we committed, he brought us to a few other local houses where he’s done similar projects so we could see it in person first. He was great at communicating with us and even when we did have a small issue (some leaking from the roof after a hard rain storm), Uzi came right over to look at it and make a plan to get it fixed. We did have to remind his crew a couple times about minor things (not to totally block our driveway, where to put the dumpster, etc), but overall we were very happy with this company and our porch looks amazing. The project ran very smoothly. The guys were very nice and professional and worked very hard building us a beautiful porch. The owner was very nice to work with, but does have a style that he prefers and will push what he likes. There were a few minor issue, as you would expect with any project, but we worked through them and love the final product. I would absolutely recommend American Home Service of TN to my friends and family.

I can't say enough positive things about Uzi and his team. Uzi was very helpful in bringing my vision to life and making suggestions based on his experience. He had many pictures to show me of past jobs and even allowed us to come look at a porch that was currently under construction (with permission from the homeowner, of course). His team was always prompt, provided quality work, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and it is beautiful! It is our new favorite place! We already have friends and family that want have American Services of TN complete their home projects as well. We will definitely be using Uzi and his services again!

When we purchased the house the bathroom was not only ugly, but had some severe mold smells. Me and my husband discussed calling several services. We found American Services of TN which was local and had fair pricing and we liked how the pictures look. They extended the bathroom and renovated it. I was shocked at how much better it looked and definitely smelled. When my parents came over they absolutely loved all the details in the tile work and the new stone tile shower and bathtub. Very, very happy and I will definitely use them again for any other jobs I need!
