Gutters were "spot" cleaned. It rained the same day the gutters were "cleaned" and there were areas that were missed as indicated by the overflow.

Contacted company on 5/23 and scheduled cleaning for 5/29 with arrival time of 9-9:30 am. Arrived at 9:32 am both individuals introduced themselves and were very polite. Completed job in 45 minutes, I knew top gutter on house was clogged due to it had turned into a bird bath due to new roof installed. They completely cleaned out the debris from the roof and all gutters are functioning properly. Based on prompt, through and great work completed would recommend services to others.

I was sceptical at first. My vinyl siding was so dirty. But, WOW, I am amazed at how clean Seth got it. It was within my budget. He was prompt and very proffessional. Thank you for an awesome job well done. I will recommend you to everyone I know that need their houses cleaned.

The wood on deck is splitting already, including large posts that hold up pergola. Screws are starting to pop. Handrail for steps only being held by one nail. When he enclosed bottom of deck with lattice, he never told me to move 3sprinkler heads and in pouring new cement supports, broke one of the pipes which I only discovered last week. I couldn't understand why lawn was soupy. The sprinkler heads were covered in plastic. As far as the fence, my drainage pipes were sliced, causing a mud puddle under fence every time it rained. He denied doing any of this but I have pictures of the pipes. I have since had drainage fixed to the tune of $3000 and also changed fence to aluminum. All this occurred in a two year period. The owner, Uzi Schmuli claims he has an A+ rating with you and BBB which I have not seen. I wouldn't recommend this company to build a dog house. I got so tired of his arrogance I threw him out of my yard.

Excellent! They apologized for being 30 minutes late, introduced themselves, and promptly asked if there were any issues that they should be aware of and went to work.

Early for appointment, 2 men performed through cleaning and explained in detail condition of gutters and roof.

Very well!! The men were on time and courteous, and did their job efficiently.

I called on Friday and requested an appointment. They were quick to respond and I had an appointment the next day. The team was to arrive between 11am and 1pm. At 1pm the technician called and said the previous job took longer than expected and was sorry he was running late and asked if it was still good for him to come. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, went over in detail everything they would be doing. Midway thru the job the pressure machine broke. The owner called and apologized and said he would discount the service by ten dollars. The machine was fixed and the job completed in two hours. I love the results!

It went fine. They showed up when they said they would. The price felt reasonable. I would recommend them.

From start to end.......2.5 months to finish. Very slow...

Uzi Shmueli, owner of American Services, came and gave me an estimate for some interior painting in my house. He showed up on May 1, 2013 with his crew. I gave him a check for half of the cost of the job which was $1,600. He left and his crew proceeded to tear down wallpaper in 3 rooms and then painted them. On Saturday, May 4th, Uzi came to my house for me to pay him the balance in full even though the job wasn't even half completed. He was looking at my kitchen and living room ceilings because I had some previous water damage. He said he wanted to put some primer on those spots. I told him not to worry about it until his crew returned on Monday to work on my house. Uzi insisted on painting the primer on the ceiling. He painted a small area in the kitchen. Then he went to my living room area. He got on the ladder, painted the small area, and as he started to come down off the ladder, he turned side ways, the ladder turned side ways, and the paint can fell on my carpet, furniture, a recliner, and a lamp. He tried to clean my carpet and furniture with hot water. He poured a 1/2 gallon of paint thinner on my carpet. He tried to clean up everything but I still had paint on everything the paint spilled on. When he left, he told me he would not replace my carpet because it was too old. The smell from the paint thinner made my dog and myself sick. After a couple of hours later breathing the paint thinner, I had a sore throat, headache, and generally just not feeling good. I had to spend $2,532 in damages caused by Uzi. He has never once told me he was sorry. Please do not hire this company to do any remodeling or home improvements. You will be sorry. It has been a nightmare dealing with all the clean-up. Uzi does not care about repeat customers. He wants to get the job done as quickly as possible and move on. He doesn't care whether the customer is satisfied or not. It is all about making money and moving on to the next customer.

Extremely lousy, Rep came out took down all info on the work I wanted done, said he would get back to me and never heard from them again? Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

I contacted American Services on Saturday, 7/14 to obtain a quote for a closet expansion. I contacted them via e-mail, and received a reply soon after, asking me to call the office on Monday to schedule an appointment. I called the office on 7/16 and made an appointment for 7/19, between 4:30-5:00. At 5:15 I began calling the office because nobody had called or shown up. Debra called back, questioning the date of my appointment. When she agreed that my appointment time had passed, she said she would call and see where he was. About 10 minutes later, I received a phone call from the man scheduled to come out, telling me that he'd been on a roof, in attics, etc, all day, and asking if we could reschedule. I agreed to reschedule, only moving the appointment to the following day. On Friday, he came on time, looked at our closet, offered suggestions and then left, saying he would e-mail me a quote. I did not see him take measurements. It is now 7/24, and I still have not seen an estimate, or received any further communication from them.

The salesman came out and was very nice. He was very willing to let us use them for part of a job and let us finish up or to incorporate other contractors into the picture. He had really good ideas on how to combine this room into other parts of the house.

I did want to go with them but my insurance company didn’t suggest them so I had to go with another company which my insurance company suggested. They were very professional when they came out and were very nice. They gave me good quote and I thought that I wasn’t misleading in any type of way. They were prompt and on time. They came out within a day I called them and gave me my estimate. Their estimate I thought was very reasonable considering the expenses and work that I needed to have done. As far I was concerned I thought that they handled everything well. They showed me the pictures that they had done earlier and they worked really well so I think that their quality of work would be excellent.

They did a pretty good job. He asked me what my budget was and what I wanted to spend, which I liked about him. He also gave me some pricing for other things and suggested that I do it all together. I told me that wouldn't be good for me because I would have to take out a loan and that wasn't good for me. He was very understanding and was willing to give me a deal. I dealt with his wife to make the appointments and she was very nice too. They were very nice people. He was here when he said and he was very professional. I would use him again.

Work completed within one week. Excellent tile and drywall work. Pleaseant people to work with, and good with basic plumbing. Cleanup was OK, but not great.

They do a good job and I have no issues with them. We've used them in the past and I'll probably use them this year. They do a very good job of cleaning up after they're done. They always make sure that we're pleased with the work that they do. I think they are pretty reasonably priced.

We were very pleased with the work. High quality and finish work. The project did take twice as long as estimate, but we did make some changes to the scope of the project. Overall, we felt good about the work and the price.

I feel that American Carpet does a wonderful job. My carpets look good. American is very professional and I highly recommend them.
