SPENT APPROX 1.5HR WITH PROVIDER SHOWING HIM WHAT WE WERE ATTEMPTING TO GET DONE. PROVIDER GAVE GREAT SUGGESTION. STATED HE WOULD PROVIDE US WITH AN ESTINATE IN 3 TO 4 DAYS BUT ESTIMATE STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED

The provider removed furniture from my porch pressure washed it and returned everything. Good experience. Will use again.

The guys who did the job were really great - professional, polite, and diligent. They used industrial/professional equipment and worked very hard. Overall, we are pleased with the result. Gave them a "B" for price because it was comparable to other "big name," well known pressure washing companies in the area - they were not more or less expensive than competitors I had give me a quote. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is that when they were packing up, I noticed they were using clorox bleach; Overall, I don't have a problem with that except that it shouldn't have been used on or around my wood stained shutters - now there is some white blotchiness on them and they will have to be re-stained.

The workers were punctual and professional. The job ended up costing more than expected due to the amount of concrete to be washed, but they did a thorough job and it was worth the extra money.

? I called several services on Angie's List and American Services, LLC was the first company to call me back that could do the work immediately. ? The workers were running a little late (about 30 minutes past the scheduled time) but called to let me know. This did not really matter to me, as long as we could get the work done the same day. ? After they arrived, there was some question in my mind about how they would clean the roof. ? They did not reassure me that their method was the typical or best method for cleaning algae from the roof. ? This made me doubt, so I cancelled the scheduled service to look into this further. ? After some immediate Internet research and speaking with a roofer, it became clear that their method was fine and what is typically done. ? It would help the customer if this was made clearer during either the scheduling call or after the workers arrive. ? I called them back and asked them to return to do the work. They asked me to pay an extra $15 for fuel for making two trips (involving a 25-minute drive one way). ? I agreed and the total cost of service was $315 for a roof on a 3113 SF house (but with a small footprint, given 3 levels inside). ? This was higher than I expected, but I was told this was a 'special price' for Angie's List members. We are cleaning our house to sell, so I figured we would move forward and get the job done as soon as possible. ? From what I've seen on Angie's List, their price still seems a little high. I could be wrong. Each customer can shop price to their own satisfaction. ? The roof was cleaned using a Clorox bleach solution, spraying from the ground or a ladder, allowed to sit for 20 minutes, then rinsed off. They were careful to first wet the shrubbery below, cover it with plastic, then rinse it off after the treatment. The roofing trim and some vinyl siding (around a couple of windows) on our four-side brick home was cleaned using a 20% Clorox bleach solution. ? The workers finished the job satisfactorily in several hours and kindly replaced some outdoor bulbs on three corner floodlights at no extra charge. ? Everything was clean, fresh and looked almost new again except the roof. It was still streaked. I have asked the company to return and wash it some more, perhaps using a stronger bleach solution. Online professionals and one roofer I spoke with recommend a 50% bleach solution, or a 1:1 ratio of water to bleach. ? The staff on the phone and on the job site was friendly, professional and willing to do all they could to please the customer, including working in drizzling rain. They agreed to return to clean the roof some more. I will update this review when they are finished. ? I recommend them and would use them again.

I had a very good experience. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. They called with a reminder the day before and the team arrived on time. They did a great job on cleaning the outside of the house.

They used the ladder to get on the roof and did the whole job of cleaning the gutters that way. They were very nice.

I was contacted by Debra to confirm an appointment time within a day of placing the service order. The service was scheduled within a few days of my initial contact. The serviceman called to provide an arrival time and was very professional. A few small areas needed a second washing. These were quickly taken care. The serviceman left only after he was sure that everything was done to my complete satisfaction.

Communication between the company and I was great. I was not available when the work was performed. It was completed satisfactorily by the time I arrived home. There was a small bit of debris left on my deck but nothing off-putting. I would definitely use this company again.

Two gentlemen showed up on time and did a great job removing the dirt from the siding of the house and the wooden steps in the back. I asked them to be careful not to disturb a bird's nest on the porch which they did - momma bird and babies are all fine. They were professional, quick, and told me about some other services they offer. I will definitely call them again!

Their office communicated with my in a timely manner and scheduled a day and time to do the work. The crew got off another job early and the office called to let me know they were available sooner then originally scheduled. I wasn't going to be home but they showed up and did the work and left with no issues that I could see. Everything looked great! I will use them again.

Scheduling was not difficult, however they were over 30 min late with a terrible excuse. However, once they got there the job was done well. My gutters were cleaned and my house pressure washed well. I would use them again.

I called this company to clear my gutters because I was about to have the house painted. The service man was late, but he called to let me know. He climbed on the roof and removed leaves from the gutters and applied caulk in one place. He put the leaves from the front in a bag and disposed of them, but he left leaves on the deck in back. I did not climb to the roof to inspect the gutters and it has not rained since the work was done, but when my painter came 2 1/2 weeks later he found a lot of leaves in the gutters. I felt at the time that $195 was a steep price for gutter cleaning and one simple patch job, and more so when I learned that there were still leaves in the gutters. I did not ask them to come back since the painter is already working and he will clear the gutters now.

Longer than it expected due to not showing up on the days he was scheduled to. Tracey would pull his crew for other jobs. One of the guys cut into the existing roof and never fixed it. Accidents happen but not fixing it is wrong. He also ordered the wrong columns and made up a lam excuse. I did not pay for all of the services because it was not complete. Never heard from him after.
