We had an old(20+ year old) deck at our home and we hired Uzi to rebuild us a new one. The DAY after we signed the contract his team was here and came 6 days a week PROMPTLY until the work was done. The deck was some twenty feet in the air and it rained a lot that month but Uzi's gang got it done in less than 8 weeks. The deck is beautiful and we can't wait for it to get warm. Team works well and fast. Workmanship is great and the deck is as solid as the floors in our home. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a deck

We needed to turn an upstairs living room into a bedroom and turn an adjacent bedroom into a full bath and walk in closet. We also wanted to take a half wall by the stairs and completely remove it and replace it with a banister and spindles. Uzi and his crew did such a great job we kept adding new jobs to the project around the house such as installing new hardwood floors in the bedroom, hall, and a downstairs master. I could not be more happy with his work and my wife is extremely thrilled. His crew was always prompt and all were very hard workers. Will probably have him back in the fall for to put in a retaining wall and screened in porch. Thanks for the great job! Our house is amazing now!

Uzi and the team at American Services of TN are just incredible. I had a variety of concepts and ideas for my new home, including converting a spare room into a master bathroom and reworking some dead space in the kitchen. I reached out and they responded immediately, came out to my house as soon as I could meet them there, and did a very thorough walk-through, supplying new ideas when I wanted them but being budget conscious the entire time. Communication has been strong, and we have been in touch constantly throughout the project, including through receiving frequent pictures of the progress and having an open door for questions. They were willing to work on my schedule -- meeting me after hours and on weekends. They have also done everything on my wish list -- from building a new bathroom from scratch, building shelves and counters in the kitchen, fixing the kitchen ceiling, drywalling and resealing a wall to remove a random door, installing a garbage disposal, and repainting several rooms -- all in two and a half weeks. That was ahead of schedule. They have also been courteous in the house the full time, cleaning up as they go. This has far exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the work they have done and the dedication they have shown to quality.

Exceeded my expectations! The room addition was very well built and looks amazing. I have gotten many compliments on both the bathroom and new room addition. The work was very professional. I highly recommend and would use again if I have any more projects in the future.

Before we hired them, they insisted that we look at some of their current projects. They looked great! When we hired them, (October 2017) they came on time and finished on budget. Later, they attended to some minor issues, but not as promptly as I would have liked. Still, the work was good. Last week, I called them for another repair matter. Uzi came yesterday and showed me exactly how to do it myself and save money. He is not just in it for a fast buck, but to be of service. I would recommend that you give them a chance.

Stevens Carpentry responded the next day to provide an estimate. The following day I received another estimate from another company which was Approx. $500.00 higher than the Stevens bid. I then called Stevens and we agreed they would do the work. A representative came out Thursday and we signed contract and gave them a check for 50% of estimate. They said they would return with materials and begin Last Monday morning. They we here on time and by last Tuesday noon, the job was completed and they were gone! Everything was cleaned up and removed as they departed. A very good outcome!

In November and December we had our old decrepit 20x24 deck removed and replaced with a large screened porch with a cathedral roof. We looked at five proposals and chose American Services of TN LLC for design and price. Uzi Shmueli and his support Debra clearly understood our vision. The crew's work was outstanding under difficult weather conditions. The structure is, in a word, beautiful. We added a patio to the project and it was integrated seamlessly. I recommend American Services to those who know what they want and know how to express it. Uzi will match the vision. His support and crew are outstanding.

They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

The work was excellent, the minor floor peak was corrected and the outside wall was placed back to being plumb for the shower wall. The workers were always on time and very considerate of you and your property. I can recommend Uzi and his company for a bathroom remodel project to anyone.

They arrived a little early to beat the rain coming in later in the day and did a wonderful job.

total Quote appx $15,000 . Over cuts and miter joints imporperly done leaving large gaps they filled with caulk and covered with paint. The crew disposed of waste material (wood, concrete, dirt and rock) in neighbors tree line. Concrete patio surface had several large dips where water ponded. The concrete surface was sloped to to move water against the house - not toward the lawn, When confronted with the water issue no reasonable solution was offered. He insisted on getting all his money NOW. i refused. I hired another concrete contractor to demolish the concrete and install the patio properly. I made payments to american Services totaling $11,000 during the construction process when requested. I withheld the final payment of $4000. I used all of it and more to pay for the concrete demolition and replacement. Extrememly stressful experience. i felt threatened. I am actually afraid to leave this review.

I had an initial design in mind, but the owner talked me into some adjustments. I think they were OK. The final concept of having an open railing was great, and I have received compliments on it. Just a reminder: never pay until the job is finished to satisfaction. I was urged to pay a bit early due to "cash flow" issues, and that was a mistake. He left a lite mess and some tools that I had to clean up myself.

looks OK. The horizontal wires look better than vertical wood slats. How long they last, who knows? I wanted it free-standing, but Uzi insisted on attaching to house. I expect this will present a problem in the future with moisture and debris. He didn't finish; still has some about an hour of follow-up. Just a warning - never pay all until finished to satisfaction. I gave in and paid the last piece before completely finished. They promised to come back and do the last bit of cleanup. No show. It's been a couple months.

It went fine and it was good. They were prompt and did a good job. I was happy with the work they did. I wasn't even home when they did the work. I spoke with someone on the phone, came out and did it.

Power wash cleaned all mold of the siding. Recommended and replaced a rusty end cap on gutter for additional 20.00 and recommended power wash for driveway additional 50.00

I had set up an appointment to get an estimate for 8/23 in the am and the tech called me late that day saying he could not make it. He said he could get to the house on 8/24 around 5-6pm and would call me, well he never did call or went to the house. All day on 8/25 I have left voice mails and calling every hour and no one answers the phone. This is very disrespectful that not even a call was placed to let me know if they were still interested in the job. This is BAD practice and I would not use them again. I have several properties in Nashville that I rent out and I will be using more responsible companies.

The company did not inform us when bidding this job they only use day laborers so what was to be a 2 week process became 4 weeks of chaos impacting our business negatively. We were told a crew would be at the site at 6 AM on one day and no one showed and no notification was made. No drop cloths or protection was put down, so paint was splattered, spilled, dropped on our walkway across front and side of building and on our newly blacktopped & striped driveway. Paint splatter was left on windows and downspouts and building trim. Also roller marks are still visible on many areas of the building. I did repeated walk-arounds with owner pointing out the lack of attention and quality and was told all the issues would be addressed. When the job was completed, we were left with the aftermath. Paint still spilled and splattered, no clean up and the response to our newly blacktopped drive were splotches of black asphalt paint on top of the white spilled paint creating even more mess. When I sent a list of the problems with pictures the response was for American Services to return and pressure wash the drive and sidewalks to remove paint. This was accomplished in some areas but trim and windows still have paint and walls still have roller marks on many areas of the building. Rather than pressure wash and remove paint from drive, another larger block of black paint (45 ft x 9 ft) was rolled over the paint spills and splatter. Clearly they are not equipped to handle a job of this size. We are very disappointed and will not recommend this company. (pictures are available upon request)

The 2 men greeted me very professionally and handed me their work order which was correct. They proceeded to complete the job spending the extra effort on my front porch. To explain, I don't get very much sun in the front so, the porch gets a lot of algae. So, since I'm planning on painting, I wanted this very clean. The end result is that I was very pleased with the work. The only reasonI'm giving them a B instead of an A is due to clean up. It was the end of a long hot day but, there was a bleach bottle left in the back yard and my hose carriage was left out in the front yard. Small things yes, but that would have made the experience perfect.

Provider came to my house to review my project and said he would send an estimate. Never did. I emailed the wife to find out why husband didn't respond and she said she would look into it. Never heard back from either again.
