The work they did was decent but the communication was awful. They didn't finish the work in the agreed upon time frame, and harassed my tenants with a story about me not paying the bill although i paid it a few days after they finally finished the project. They also tried to slip a service into the original scope of the project that was not needed and i had to call and ask for this additional service to be taken off.

Dennis. You’re only mad because you had no intention of paying and ghosted us until we told you that legal action was going to happen. There was no agreed upon time. You said work with tenants and we did and they were happy. As for the original scope of work. You are cheap and didn’t want to pay for the full service for the health and safety of your tenants. Typical landlord. That’s on you. Most of the places you review on google, you give one star, maybe it’s not the places. Maybe it’s that you’re a 1 Star kind of person who’s a pain for everyone you deal with. If everyone has a problem with you. Maybe you’re the problem.

This company is great! I was feeling sick due to damp drywall. David came out same day and set up a dehumidifier and another machine to clean mold in the air. On the third day Chase came to pick up the equipment and test if the drywall was dry. It definitely was and my bathroom is back to normal! I hope I don’t have to call them again but if you do, do it!

Bought a fixer upper home with the intentions of doing most the work. Opening up the kitchen to see I was in over my head. Luckily a family member recommended these guys and they came in and handled the everything professionally and pretty fast I would say. Couldn’t have asked for a better experienced with this company, between communication to the most minuscule details!
