Alpine Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

After my initial call, the appointment was set for the following week. The 2 workman were prompt and professional and did a very nice job in removing, cleaning and replacing all screens and cleaning the windows. We were very pleased and the price was more reasonalble than other companies I have used.

great company- they are expensive- but they do a great job and they are quick and punctual- its window washing - there's not to much to it- but they do it very well !

They cleaned the windows inside and out. They took down and washed the storm windows as well. They are always very polite and efficient. They are always very careful with their stuff and they are polite young men.

Setting up the appointment was easy and my questions were answered. They were punctual, professional and made an effort to make sure they didn't dirty up anything inside the house. They pointed out a few defects like one plexiglass window pane that was scratched and a hairline crack in the glass of another window that was there before.

They are prompt, neat, and do a good job. The price was a little high. I would use them in the future.

The crew showed up on time and performed their services professionally. The patio cleaning turned a moldy area into something like new, and the gutter cleaning was sufficient to clean out pine needles from the year before. What made the house look amazing was the window cleaning. The technician was efficient, friendly and perfectionist. My windows sparkled, and the cleaning made them look nearly brand new. Best of all? The total price beat the estimate, because the owner agreed to an extra discount to match a competitor's price I discovered on the day of the cleaning. I have already recommended Alpine to others, and I'll be calling Alpine again.

Called office and booked day for cleaning. Workers arrived on time and finished the work in about 2 hours. Windows looked sparkling clean. They also pressure washed the facia at top of house.

Alpine was great to work with and the finished product (spotless windows!) was very satisfactory. my windows have never been so clean! They sent two hard-working guys to our house and they proceeded to remove, clean and replace all the windows. I couldn't be happier with Alpine's service!

Quick response with estimate. Actually came out to see the house before quoting ... I liked that. Scheduled in advance and showed up on time. Fast work and no mess afterwards. Not the cheapest quote I received, but based on reference from friend, I used them and liked them.

So incredibly efficient. Excellent job. The crew of 4 people took about 2 1/2 hours to clean windows on 3 floors. Amazing job well done.They were very careful doing interior sides of the windows. Windows are now sparkling clean. They are definitely on my call again list.

I always use them. They are always top-notch and they are always concerned about the service they provide. The last time I used them, I spent $140. They cleaned the outside and inside of ten windows. They also cleaned the mirrors. I would not think of calling anyone else for washing my windows. Whenever my windows need washing, I call them. I love the guy who runs the company. He is always great. He gives me the time when the crew would come out and they do come out at the appointed time. I don?t have to call them to find out where they are. They are just lovely and very punctual. They let me know if they would be late. They are really professional. Their accountability is magnificent. They do what they say. I will use them again in the future.

It went very well. The crew arrived early in the morning and was finished by 3:00 PM. Since the storm windows are attached to the outside frame of the home windows, it involved removing and replacing these windows as well as cleaning inside and outside of home windows. The crew was very careful when operating inside the home. We will use this company again.

Overall, the service went fine, but scheduling took longer and was more of a hassle than I would've preferred.

We would use them again. They coordinated two different services for us that are both performed by Alpine, but by different groups: pressure washing and window washing. Ralph recommended that the pressure washing be done first as it might dirty up some of the windows. Then they would clean the windows afterward. Ralph was particularly helpful in recommending, and following through, on having the pressure washing done one day and the window cleaning done the next day so that we would not have to look at dirty windows (as a result of the pressure washing). So, all in all, a professional organization and I would use them again.

Overall it went well. Only two complaints. Two windows had smudges and they trampled some of plants while working. Workers were courteous and professional.
