The meassage he has on the recoder sounds like the guy just woke up, zero enthusiasm or confidence in his voice, he states that our businees is important to him, then why has he never returned my calls. Dont waste your time, even if this guy does show up, I am certain any work he does will not be worth it. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I contacted this company to replace a ceiling fan in a 20 foot vaulted ceiling living room that isn't near a wall. I've replaced ceiling fans before, it's not a big deal, but this job will require scaffolding, so I wanted someone who was experienced in assembling the scaffolding and using it safely, plus it would require two people to be safe. They had a coupon to use and said they could perform the service, so I purchased the Coupon and, suddenly, after I purchased it they said they were scheduling at least a month out. You can't tell me that BEFORE I purchase the Coupon? In responding via email, there were no fewer than 2, possibly 3 different people, none of which had been told about previous discussions, so each email was similar to "Who are you? Can you explain from the beginning so we know what you're asking for?" This is unprofessional. A PROFESSIONAL company keeps a record of your file and has a single point of contact so you're never starting over where other people don't know what the previous person quoted or promised you. We FINALLY settled on a date back in August which was over a MONTH in advance. The day prior to the appointment I hadn't heard from them so I emailed to confirm the appointment time. They never responded, so later in the day I called, it went to voicemail, I left a message. No response by evening so I called and emailed again. No response. The day of the appointment (yesterday) came and, surprise, surprise, no response to phone calls or emails. Today still no response. This company lacks professionalism, from beginning to end, and I'm almost glad I didn't use them as this lack of professionalism would most CERTAINLY be similar to their professionalism or, lack thereof, in actually performing work. I would caution anyone using this service to avoid them and go with a REAL professional.
