All-American Pest Control

Finding a company like this is why I joined Angie's list. These folks know what they are doing, are courteous and do what they say they are going to do. This is all I want from a company I hire.

We have been using them for over thirty years. They come when they said they will and they have been working out just fine.

We have been using them for about two years. They were the company that the previous owners had used. The technician who comes out is really nice.

The work was been fine. I appreciated the follow up call from the technician. He checked back with me at least three times after the work was completed. He seemed concerned to really want to resolve the issue.

I have been using their service since I moved into the home in 1976. Everything has turned out just fine. I continue to use their service because their price is good and they do a good inspection.

We have been using their services for about two and half years. I will get a phone call before each quarterly treatment is due so that I can schedule an appointment. On their service plan they will come out between any quarterly appointments if needed as well. Steve, our technician, is real nice and we have been real happy with them.

All American Pest came out a second time to reapply an application of control for mosquites. They were very responsive when I spoke with them.

The technician was super knowledgeable and told me what to expect and stressed that if any problems we could call them for a revisit at no additional charge.

We have used All American Pest Control for almost a year. We choose to use the green products for both inside and outside at a price of $75.00 every 2 months. We had been on vacation the beginning of August and upon our return, there were many small spiders inside the house. I called All American to set up a time for the inside and outside of the house to be sprayed. They came on August 12th. The gentleman that performed the service was prompt, friendly, and stated that he would call back in a couple weeks to see if the service worked. A week later I noticed that we were still killing 5-10 spiders inside a day. I called and spoke with someone in the office and she informed me that if often took up to 2 weeks to see results. No problem, I'll keep killing the spiders and wait another week. Later on that week the gentleman that sprayed our house called to see if we were still having problems with spiders. I told him that we were and that the outside was still just as bad as the inside. He recommeded using a different product in the future. I called All American on Friday September 6th to change our service and to have someone comeback and spray again. I was told that if I wanted a re-service it would have to be with the same green service. If I wanted the other spray, I would have to pay another $75. I explained that the green service provided in August did not work, why would I want that sprayed again? I was confused at why I would have to pay more if the previous service did not work. The person on the phone said I could wait until October, when we were due for our next service. I told her that we already had to buy spray to take care of spiders in the garage and on the front porch. I politely told the representative that we should not have to pay more and that I would have to cancel if that was the case. I was told "okay, I'll go ahead and cancel your service" and to "call them back if we have any more needs." NO, I will not be calling you back and I would like a refund of the $75 I paid for a service that DID NOT WORK!" Completely frustrating experience. You have lost a happy customer with just one poor customer service phone call!

Very well. On time, professional, answered all our questions.

The service was successful and lasted a long time. The green products can have a strong odor, but it went away within a few days. I purchased this pest treatment as a "Big Deal" item and have been hoping to see All American provide another Big Deal as it's one of the few providers that offer green products. I do plan to use them again, probably within the next 30 days.

They only have to spay every 3 months. They will come out and spray again between scheduled visits if there is a need, but the usual visits have sufficed.

We had a good experience with All American Pest Control Inc. When I purchased the Big Deal, I scheduled the day and they came. It was within a week.

She was very pleased with their service. They were very helpful and courteous. They have a very strong warrantee and they came when they promised to.

All American arrived in a timely manner and sprayed for mosquitoes as agreed upon. They were thorough and professional and I could tell a difference by the end of the day. I am pleased with the service and pleased with the results.

We requested quotes or more information from several companies via Angie's List. All American was one of 2 to respond. Their response was by telephone and then followed by email. We requested an email response. Don't do it yourself. Just call Jim and get him to set up the Heat treatment. During our initial conversation, Jim mentioned having dogs come through and help us identify where we might have more specific problems. I thought we could possibly eliminate a portion of the house and save a few hundred dollars. There's a bit of preperation that you (the customer) has to do prior to the treatment. Jim was good enough to come by and answer more questions while we were in the midst of the preperation. We called the Dog Inspectors (not affiliated with All American) and were able to arrange an inspection pretty quickly and before the whole house had to be heated up. Chuck knows his dogs and they are fast to alert when they catch the scent. The inspection did allow us to eliminate half of the house. So we were very happy about that. I would suggest, if you think you have a small infestation, to get the dogs in 1st to do the same thing. This way you could reduce the preparation you'll have to do. We plan to have the dogs back after we get our follow up with All American, only because they alerted to some bags of clothing we thought we had prepared and since they were all piled together we couldn't isolate which bag(s) had bugs. We've had to reprocess those bags. So if you do some prep before the dogs be sure to keep your bags spread out so the scent can be isolated. We're very happy to report all activity has ceased since our heat treatment and encasements. Our service technician was prompt and professional. All American seems to have a good team of people interested in getting your bugs exterminated as quickly as possible. It's nice to be getting back to some normalcy since our invasion began.

We had used All American once before on the recommendation of a friend. Our technician was the same both times, and impressively wore plastic shoe covers each time he entered the house. They give a slight break if you sign up for recurring service, and you are under no obligation to continue the service if you're dissatisfied. It's notoriously hard to determine where the ants are entering the house, and he did a through and professional job of trying to locate them.

I felt that the man who came out was very knowledgeable and I didn't have any experiences with any pest after he had sprayed for awhile.

Jim (entomologist) came out on the agreed upon day and time. He was thorough and knowledgeable and gave what seemed to be good solutions to what he suspected was a rodent problem. We are still negotiating with the landlord at this point, but if we are able to choose, we will use All American in the future.

The exterminator was on time and professional. He did a thorough job inside and outside.

The were very helpful in inspecting the property, pointing out options related to concerns we had with possible termites and other bugs. We had concerns because of the moisture around our property and some of the damage we have seen in freestand wood structure on the back of the property. We selected an option that allowed us to put in the termite protection around the house with the bug protection and maintain it on an annual basis. The work crew was very friendly with my family and showed up on the day and time promised and completed the work in the time promised. They cleaned up job mess and walked my wife around the termite prevention traps they put down and the location of the bug sprays. We were very pleased with their level of customer service and making sure we understood everything they did. They even followed up a few days later with a phone to check on how everything went. Now we will wait and see if what they put in prevents termites and other bugs from showing up around the house.

I called and they accommodated me for the very next day and they were so kind and very informative as to what they were going to do.

They're reliable and have been able to handle every problem we've had.
