Did a great job. Used the eco spray. It had a strong cinnamon scent at first, just lasted a day or 2.

Pest Management Professional Nathan suited up in coveralls to crawl (crawlspace) under my 2,500 sq. ft. house with 3 flashlights to look for indications of termite activity along inside block walls. Spiders were also high on his watch list. Duration was 15-20 minutes and he circled the inside perimeter. His report was no visible activity at walls or wooden structure. He found a break in my clothes dryer vent piping and volunteered to re-enter the crawlspace to duct tape the break. I appreciated the initiative and above and beyond effort. He followed it up with a outside spot check for any issues with my Sentricon termite control system, also monitored by All American. Monthly charge of $23.00 for monitoring and I have been with All American for many years. After two termite swarms, one of which wrecked my front door (replacement was over $1,200) in the late 1990s, I contracted with All American and have not had any more problems for these many years.

The service technician was on-time and friendly. He answered my questions and completed full interior and exterior treatment of our 1,000 square foot house in less than 45 minutes. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and have seen fewer bugs inside since then.

They came for the evaluation and they gave us the quote and it's for our yard. We want to spray for chiggers and deer ticks. My husband was pleased. We have not had the service yet. They were pleasant and they gave a time of eight to twelve and I think they they came ten-thirty, eleven. It was a half hour visit.

I spoke with a very nice woman at length about the issue we are having with carpenter bees. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. She gave honest answers to my questions, and clear explanation as to what would/wouldn't work. There was no hard sell and we ended up deciding that we don't need pest control services at this point. I was very impressed with her willingness to help without me purchasing anything. That is rare. If/when we do need pest control services, I will definitely contact this company again.

When we had a termite swarm at our house, we chose All-American Pest Control for our treatment regimen. They inspected our house and crawlspace, and then placed in-ground bait traps for the termites. Within a few months there was no evidence of activity and we continue to enjoy a termite-free home.

I agreed to the Sentricon system, but until it was installed (just over the weekend), Ken put out 2 bait boxes with what he described as "candy" for the termites. Yesterday, he came back to check the stations, and found them not to have activity, yet the small initial bait boxes have live termites feeding on them. He explained all the behaviors of termites, and is very knowledgeable. He also installed another bait station near a tree where a second swarm was see about a week ago. I feel this system will prevent a problem home, as it is now contained in the soil away from the perimeter of the home. I also have a contract for the "green" program for pest control. Ken knows about any bug I show him, and gave me tips on products I use between treatments, that will not harm my cat. Great company, and great staff !

We decided on a pest control program to stop ants from entering from outdoors. Tim arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and efficiently did the work. Pleasant to deal with and handled everything as I wanted. So far so good, and I believe I'll be able to call on them if I experience any issues. I'm pleased with this company.

Every employee that I have interacted with is professional, courteous, and helpful. We still have pests that are a nuisance, but I acknowledge that no (reasonably priced) pest control service is 100% effective. The seldom occurrences where we have requested an additional service visit that does not cost extra, All American Pest Control has maintained their friendly customer service. We had our house treated both inside and out before officially moving in. All went well, and we hope to get on a regular schedule for pest prevention in the future

They had a reputation for excellent customer service and integrity, both of which are true. They have always been professional and on time. Our inside bug population has dramatically improved.

Representative was prompt and courteous. He clearly explained the service that they provide, how it works and how much it costs. After the initial inspection, we scheduled a date for installation of the bait stations. The technician showed up on time and was also quite courteous and professional.

Very professional. We called them because of several mice coming into the house when the weather got colder. All American came, left mouse stations inconspicuously around the house, and the problem has not recurred. They also did a complete spraying for bugs around the house, though since it is winter, it is still too early to tell how effective that will be. Would definitely use them again.

The process was somewhat lengthy but after a number of months the problem has been resolved. The staff (especially the field tech) is courteous & professional and seems committed to achieving a positive outcome.
