Arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and thoroughly provided service. They got around both rear and front of house and reached ledges and into carport frame to knock down spider webs and treat for pests. When they came inside, they were thorough and efficient.

The service was fine. There just seemed to be a disconnect between the person I spoke to on the phone when I set it up and the technicians that came out, but it was not a big deal.

When I called to make the appointment, I talked to a young lady on the phone and told her I had Reclus Spiders and she said "Oh I'm sure he can do some type of bomb spray and get rid of them while he is there". When the exterminator shows up I show him around and tell him about the reclus spiders and he's nodding his head and not saying a thing, and then he hands me a piece of paper to sign for the services and specifically points to a box on the paper and says "make sure you read this part multiple times". In the box it states that this service will do NOTHING for Reclus Spiders. Clearly a Bate and Switch. ***UPDATE: Customer saw the review and offered and did refund .

We have tried several different companies to help control ants in our home. All American Pest Control is the first to be able to get the situation under control. They have always been prompt and professional. We plan to continue our services with them as long as we are in our home.

Originally had a misunderstanding about the time the service was to be done. I was under the impression that it would be between 8 and 12 on the 22nd and they had down 12 to 4 pm. Gave me a full refund and provided the service at 8 am on the 23rd. The tech was excellent and performed the job in a professional and exceptional manner. Would recommend them to others.;

All went well. We've been using these guys for a while and will continue to do so.

Very well. Randall came out and assessed the property and prepared a fair quote. The installer put the units two feet from the home. My wife asked him to move them closer to the house and he did. The remaining holes were left unplugged but Randall came back out and filled them plus he reinstalled a few of the units properly. We feel very comfortable that our home is now protected.

Technician called and arrived on time. He was very friendly and thorough. Not thrilled with the organic pesticide - felt like I saw more insects after application, but I wanted to try it out and using this deal through Angie's List was a great way to do that. I also appreciated the fact that the technician did not try to sell me other services.

Provided education on types of chemicals so we could make an informed decision. Very professional. Will definitely use again.

He was very professional and informed me what he had done after the service was performed. He also left me with a receipt indicating all the work he did. I was thanked for calling his company and invited to call again when service is required.

They were punctual, and did a great job. Very professional in their services from beginning to end.

It was just exterior. It was a special thing that they put in for termite control. They put in the little things that they put out to keep them from coming in.

They were extremely polite and on time. Let me know everything he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions along the way.

Called ahead to say they were on their way. Explained the service and what he would be performing. Because I was having outside pressure washed they rescheduled for the next week to complete outside pest control, which they completed the next week.

The service was great, pet friendly and pleasant. He spent the time to make sure that there were no wasp nests, spider webs etc. we signed up for bimonthly service and are very happy to have found them.

The day the inspector came out, it was raining so he did the inside and suggested we reschedule the outside for a dry day. They were very responsive, unfortunately the second time they came out it started raining as they pulled in the driveway. It was once again rescheduled and they were very pleasant and professional when the service was finally completed. Would use them again.

It was fine. They were friendly, courteous, came when they said they would and provided the service they said they would.

very well. prevented bugs from entering the home. All shrubs and plants around the house were in tact after the service man left (I've had instances in past with other providers, where my bedding plants were trampled)

They were very responsive and solved our ant problem in one treatment. We were very happy with their services.

All American has been taking care of our property since October. We knew we had a pest problem when they first came out for an interior and exterior application. They came back each time we saw another indoor pest, at no charge. They also work on a service agreement (not a contract) basis, so if we ever did feel the need to switch to another provider, we would not be locked in with them. That said, I can't imagine wanting to find another provider, which is probably why they have the confidence to offer this arrangement instead of a contract. Recommended.

We were very satisfied with the service. We had 3 different estimates and they were the most affordable of the 3 and they were the ones my husband was most impressed with.
