The technicians were extremely professional: knowledgeable, friendly, well-groomed, patient, etc. They did their work and left -- no problems! We haven't seen anymore pests.
Description of Work: Elected to purchase a combination termite/pest control package -- virtually same price as termite alone. Technicians arrived on-time and performed work as agreed upon: Sentricon system for termites with monthly checks until problem is resolved; internal/external bug treatment. Both services were done on the same day (coincidence), but by different technicians.

The representative was professional and answered all my questions. He was a bit pushy on selling the service to me. I think they would have done a good job but the termite annual cost was high compared to the spray treatment and I didn't feel comfortable telling him I had to think about the service. He also suggested calling me but I told him I'd get a hold of him.
Description of Work: This was only an estimate for termite and pest control services. They use Sentricon (bait) around the perimeter of house for termites. They spray around outside of home for pests. $1,135 initial termite treatment and then $300 per year after that. $75, I believe, per quarter pest treatment.

The gentlemen that come to the home were very professional and did a nice job. The termite inspector did not show up on his scheduled date, and we did not receive a phone call or any notification that he would not be coming. He did come at a later date and complete the inspection for us. We will use this company again in the future.

Specifically, we'd been having trouble with ants & spiders. The technician had a good understanding of the various bug problems of our areas & felt confident about reducing the pest population. They will be back quarterly to maintain an outside/perimeter spraying to control pests, but they will also return free of charge to address any issues that we feel need addressing.

RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. She explained the service fully. EACH PERSON IS ASSIGNED THE SAME PERSON EVERY TIME. STEVE CAME OUT TO MY HOME. HE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING. Was very careful about placement of the poison because I have dogs. He left interesting reading material. I chose the on-going service. I highly recommend this company.

They are wonderful. I feel comfortable and safe knowing they sprayed.
Description of Work: We just began the quarterly program. They are inexpensive compared to other companies. They also spray inside and out on their first visit, then they come every three months to spray outside only. Whenever you have problems with pests, they come out and take care of it for no additional cost. Also, after they sprayed we immediately saw many dead critters around - which means they work. They were very kind and thorough.

This is a good company to use, as they are always professional and very prompt. We feel the price is good and we will definitely continue using them.
Description of Work: They spray around my 2000 square foot home, both inside and outside on a monthly basis. They spray for ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, and mostly all types of bugs that you would find in this area. They gave us a monthly service contract.

This has all been excellent work. I have been using them for more than 8 years. It is a family run business and I found them to be honest and their prices are competitive.

This is a top-notch pest control contractor. They are thorough and very dependable. I like that they keep track of when they should come back. They always give us call first and if we need anything sooner they come right away. The servicemen have all been nice and polite.
