They are located everywhere. Anytime I have called them, they have come right back out if I had an issue and they are always very nice and they don’t want to come into the house without covering their shoes or any other stuff. I have really been pleased with them.

I like that they show up on time and do exactly what they say they are going to do. When they are done they leave an invoice and work quietly.

They were very helpful with my bug problem, answered my questions, and were very reassuring. Some of my bugs were on the outside and they were just helpful with advise on them. They told me that even though they don't spray the yard, that they would probably not come in to my house and I didn't have anything to worry about. The service is very effective and I pay every two months. I could have gone with the lower option and had the chemicals but I didn't want to be exposed to them.

They are very courteous. They always let me know when they are here. In the past I have called them with a problem I had and they were very speedy in their response. I have been pleased with them .

Because they didn’t find termites or ants in my house, I never had their services, and they didn’t charge me for the inspections either. This is an honest and excellent company, because I wouldn’t know whether termites were there or not. There are companies I am sure, who would be happy to take my money and run with it, but these people are honest and trustworthy. I thought they were extremely professional, very honest, upfront and forthright in telling me that I didn’t have termites or ants, and that I didn’t need their services.

The spray they use is pet safe which I appreciate. We have a dog with allergies and I have not had any problems. They are very professional, and they leave a detailed report of what they find. The are price is very fair. I found a spider once and killed it. They ended up coming out to take a look at it and they did not charge me anything.

They are very efficient and friendly. They have always been willing to take care of any problems and questions we have had. They are easy and good to work with.

They are super. They come quarterly. They started inside and work their way out. The also create a barrier around your house. The technique they use seems to be very effective. They also give you a discount if you pay up front for the whole year. I would recommend them to anybody.

My experience with them was great. They were great. They were professional. They did what they said and the pricing was great. I certainly would use them again.

The company had a minimum rate of $105 to come out. We had effectively sprayed the outside of our house twice, and only wanted a ceiling/wall void treated as there were carpenter ants in there. At that time they would only charge the same rate as treating the whole house. I had seen several lower rates for this company on Angie's list, but they insisted that this was their rate. I did not have them come out, as I didn't want a company to treat the whole house. I ended up treating the problem myself very easily. If I had known about their week-long deal, I might have had them come, but it all turned out okay, just glad not to have termites!

Ontime, proactive solution and no bugs for last few months. Calling them back.

They make appointments. They are extremely competitive.

The germen cockroaches have come in and the mice were there before All American Pest Control Inc had come to help. I feel those that have been on the inside were brought in or there previously. I don’t feel that anything has surpassed the exterior spray. They are always very nice. I haven’t used a lot of pest control companies, but I really appreciate that when possible they try to be environmentally friendly.

We have an ongoing contract. We think they are excellent. They are honest, reliable, and they give good service.

As far as I know everything went well. Their work was sufficient enough that we decided to do a regular contract. They do a good job.

Everything has gone excellent with them. We are very pleased with them. We had a problem with ants last summer, and they were here within a few hours to address the problem. They are very knowledgeable.

I spent about $70 for their last service. They are prompt, friendly and willing to discuss issues with you. They have a special termite prevention program that is unique and better than the others. Their price is average.

That particular treatment was pretty expensive because of the nature of what it was but they worked with me and gave me some advice on ways to approach it to maybe save me some money so I didn't have to spend the full amount. The price wasn't excessive. I definitely didn't feel like they were strong-arming me or trying to push me into the more expensive alternative, which I liked. I would absolutely use them again.

Pros: The employee was very friendly. He provided explanations on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even provided advice on how to handle specific bugs and insects. Cons: I have noticed ZERO difference in the amount bugs and insects that we are seeing in our home. In fact, it is almost as though there are more than when he sprayed. We have also noticed that their are baby crickets in many of our rooms and their are definitely more spiders. I'm not sure what exactly the $95 got us. When the employee came to spray he made no comment about our home being susceptible to bugs or that there were holes that we needed to cover up, so I find it strange that the treatment hasn't made a difference. If I had to do it over again, I would without a doubt spray myself or hire another company. Whatever they use doesn't appear to be working at all in our home.

Representative was EXTREMELY nice and very considerate of the fact that he was in my home. Always asked if he could open a door or cabinet and put booties on each time he entered the house. I also like the fact that this company has the same representative service your home wiht the quarterly treatment program. Price was competitive if not less than other companies who didn't seem to have the same view towards customer service.

The woman who comes leaves invoices in the mailbox and does a great job.
