Description of Work: I had a lot of questions about converting my Angie's List one-time pest control spraying inside our home to an annual plan that included a lot more. The service provider was very patient with me, explained everything in detail and even called their office to convert us to an annual plan with the money I paid for the one-time service going toward the annual program. They were very careful and respectful as they sprayed the interior of our home. We were very pleased!

Description of Work: I have termite monitoring service through All American. They come for inspections every few months. They call to remind me so I can set up an appointment. They are on time, take care of the inspection, replace any traps and provide a detailed summary of what they did. I've been a customer for 4 years and will continue with this company.

Description of Work: Everyone was great from staff in the office to technicians coming to the house. I even moved my termite prevention service to them. Any time I made an appointment I received email reminders and phone call reminders. They were always friendly, responsive and very helpful answering questions about their services and prices. I highly recommend All-American Pest Control.

Description of Work: I hired them for routine pest control. They initially did extensive treatments inside and outside. They now come every quarter and treat the outside to effectively keep bugs outside. They also treat my yard for fleas for my dogs without additional charges. The service quality is excellent and I have no pests inside my house. They have been very good to work with - they came one time but were not able to treat the back since the fence was locked. They made arrangements and came back out to do the back yard.

Description of Work: I have had spiders forever but called because I had seen some oriental cockroaches for several days in a row. They came and sprayed inside and outside 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen a single bug since! I have 2 cats and they weren't affected by the spraying. I'm getting my house sprayed quarterly now.
