We purchased a home in Gallatin in late April and were excited to complete a few necessary renovations. One of the first items on our list were two new Heating/AC systems for separate areas of our house. After reading reviews on AngiesList and also listening to their radio ads on WSM 650, we contacted AirTemp for a quote. This was our first mistake. Here is a list of what went wrong with AirTemp: 1) It took three days for a service representative to call us back and schedule an appointment; 2) The service rep who showed up was not friendly and generally dismissive of our concerns; 3) The rep did not take any notes and was on-site for approximately 15 minutes (we have three separate units on 3300 square feet); 4) The rep said that he would email us a quote within 48 hours; 5) We never received the quote or a follow-up call from AirTemp. Needless to say I would not recommend this company for heating/AC services. We decided to go with DerryBerry which is located right in Gallatin. 6) AirTemp lost out on $10K in work.
Description of Work: We contacted AirTemp for a quote on two new Heating/AC units and also new digital thermostats for a home we just purchased in Gallatin.
