+ -1 moreThey were friendly and explained the process while I was watching their work. I hired this company last Summer when our air-conditioner broke in over 100 degree weather. They were quite prompt on my call. Only thing I would be happier with is that they didn't wear their booties when they came back with the parts. I had to clean up after they left.
Description of Work: We had one of our furnace units not working at all in 20 degree cold weather. Jacob and Adam came in and found out that the control board was broken. They called for the part since they didn't have it and drove to Hermitage from Bellevue to get it. They came back within a half hour and finished the job.
