The people had to be told what I wanted to have done even though they had been cleaning the house for several months. but my biggest complaint was I want to have a deep cleaning and the owner never could come and talk to me to give me a quote on what I wanted.

Larry arrived on time for our appointment to give me an estimate for cleaning service "on call". I have not scheduled their crew yet but he was very thorough and was intent on making sure that everything I wanted was in writing on the estimate form. I feel confident that they will be able to deliver this services I need.

This was the first time I used them and my house is the cleanest it's been in a year, when I became unable to do it myself and I'm very particular about my house. Have hired them for our weekly cleaning, and hope the work stays the same. We want a life time relationship with a cleaning business, our last cleaners we had to let go, they rushed in and rushed out. We know how long it should take to clean our house and lets hope we have found someone who cares about our house the same why we do!

Honest and courteous

ABC - A Better Cleaning is one of the best service providers I have ever hired. I have a two-story home, with older windows which have storm windows and screens. ABC did a totally thorough job and were extremely careful with my property. They went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I am published in the quality genre and am not easily impressed. But this small business did impress me in a most favorable way.

This crew left my home an hour ago, and I can honestly say my home has never been this clean. They did an awesome job, were courteous, punctual, professional and very reasonable. I've hired them monthly from here on out. Great job.

The only problem I had was the vaccuming. They used theirs first but it didn't pick up anything so they had to revaccum with mine. Other than that they did an excellent job.
