+ -1 moreTERRIBLE!! THE OVERALL PROCESS OF REMOVING THE TREES WAS EXTREMELY RECKLESS. HE USED A CRANE TO PULL THE TREES OUT OF THE YARD AND THEY WERE DANGLING OVER ROOFTOPS. DURING THE PROCESS, THE CRANE TRUCK CRACKED OUR DRIVEWAY. THE OWNER IS REFUSING TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED AND HAS BEEN SO NASTY AND RUDE. HE HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND AND WILL NOT RESPOND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY ALSO GOT THE TREE THEY WERE REMOVING STUCK IN OUR NEW MAPLE TREE AND BROKE MANY, MANY BRANCHES. THE CRANE TRUCK ALSO DAMAGED OUR NEIGHBOR'S SPRINKLER SYSTEM. I REALIZE ACCIDENTS HAPPEN BUT HE HAS BEEN SO RUDE AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THROUGH IT ALL.

+ -1 moreThey did a superb job on the trees and clean-up however we specifically asked them not to cut down any trees yet they removed 3 - 4 of the smaller trees and now we have stumps in the backyard. We didn't think to get it in writing. It may turn out fine though because now there is room for a weeping white pine. Also, on a good note, they were ready to do the job immediately however the work needed to be postponed - but when we were ready A1 was on the job. A1's price was 1/2 of the other quote we received so they are more than fair.
Description of Work: A1 trimmed & raised trees and performed a yard clean-up.

+ -1 moreTheir price was about half the price of another company I got a quote from. My only disappointment was that after they left I discovered that a couple of small to medium size limbs that they cut didn't fall to the ground and when I left a message asking them to stop by sometime and remove them, I never heard back. But, in retrospect, it wasn't a big deal and I would use them again because I could tell that they work on much bigger and more complicated jobs.
Description of Work: They cut the extensive dead wood out of the bottom of an old tree, took it to the street and chipped it in a industrial size machine that was very impressive.
