Description of Work: they came out to repair a wine refrigerator.They ordered a part and returned to put it in but couldn't pull out the appliance.They were to return with two guys to pull out but the part was returned to the manufacturer.They were supposed to reorder the part and set y up a new appointment.I have left two detailed messages to follow up and they don't return my calls.

Description of Work: Initially assigned by the refrigerator manufacturer to diagnose/solve problem with wine refrigerator portion of our main refrigerator. It took multiple calls with the manufacturer to get A-1 assigned, and then scheduled, to do the repair work. A-1 scheduleer not particularly helpful. Technician very knowledgeable, thorough when finally arrived. | |Subsequently, decided by the manufacturer to replace the entire 1/2 wine frig/freezer portion of the refrigerator. Impossible to get response from A-1 who in the end said they did not make enough money on the repair work so they would no longer service the brand of refrigerator that we had and on which they previously performed the repair. We then found another service company in Franklin who did an excellent job of removing/replacing the affected unit. | |We will no longer contact A-1 for anything related to appliances, whether for purchase or service.

Description of Work: Replaced a belt drive quickly and efficiently

Description of Work: All I can do is never use them again. I believe I was overcharged and had to listen to the man argue with a previous customer for 30 minuets. It was a horrible experience

Description of Work: Purchase several appliances dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer) and had them delivered and installed at 2 different locations. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of brands, gave us choices with the pros and cons of each. we were able to purchase the washer and dryer at sale prices - we had not even seen the ones on sale at the time but at his f=suggestion were able o get much better models at a lower price. both deliveries went smooth and were don when scheduled. all in all a very good experience.

Description of Work: On Monday, July 14, I called for service on our two refrigerators and was asked, by a recording, to leave a detailed recorded message, which I did. This is Thursday, July 17, and so far no one has returned the call.
