Description of Work: The actual movers were very competent and professional. The only complaint I have is that the mgt. stated that the charged time did not start until arrival but did not disclose that there was a $50 trip charge.

Description of Work: We moved from one 3000 sq ft house to another in the same city, a 1.5 day job. While overall I think it went well my impression is that this job was on the big end of the spectrum of jobs they do and that our job extended them to their limit. There was a some confusion (different parts of beds getting mixed up with parts from other beds rather than remaining matched, same with lamps and lampshades, etc.). There was also a little rough handling and damage. However overall, we were pleased. I am guessing we paid much less than we would have going with one of the well-established national moving companies and so I am not surprised that we did not get quite that level of skill/quality. I also note that the crewleader and a few of his guys seemed outstanding, but a couple others not so much so.

Description of Work: I can't recommend this company enough. Three guys showed up at the scheduled time. A little later three more guys showed up to help load. Then the original three guys did the unloading at the new house. The whole thing took two hours. We were blown away by how much better they were than our last movers that charged twice as much and damaged our walls. I will never hire another moving company as long as these guys are around.
