Description of Work: Everything went well. The pod was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. It was a bit pricey because we ended up keeping it for quite some time since our new home took a bit longer. It was a convenience to have our things stored and was able to move when ready.

Description of Work: PackRat gave excellent service from start to finish. Phone reps were helpful throughout the process. My unit was delivered long distance and arrived just as I packed it, nothing was damaged. It is currently in storage with PackRat at competitive cost with other storage companies. I am very pleased with PackRat and would recommend them for moving and storage.

+ -1 moreThis was the first time I used 1800-Packrat so I didn't know what to expect. I've used another big name container company to move me in the past but when I priced them this time, they quoted twice the price that 1800-Packrat quoted for the same move. 1800-Packrat was professional from start to finish with every aspect of my move. They arrived when they said they would and they even offered me free expedited delivery so I could have my stuff before Christmas. There were no surprises or hidden charges. I will use 1800-Packrat for any future move or storage need.
Description of Work: Moved household goods from Northern Virginia to Middle Tennessee.
