I had a couple small leaks over our patio - - Titan come out and re-roofed the area - the next time it rained I had new huge waterfalls coming in both locations - They did come out quickly to fix it the first time - but it was not fixed and continued to leak almost as bad - they came out another three times and after each visit the water slowed from coming in but never stopped - - On the fourth visit and with yet another crew and me on the roof, we got the leak stopped so I thought - I went ahead after a couple rains and had the drywall ceiling reinstalled and fixed - everything was perfect - then we get that big rain the first part of September and a gusher started again in the same spot wrecking my new drywall - - OUCH !!! when I called the owner of Titan I was told repairs like mine were normally guaranteed for 30 to 90 days and he was sorry about the ceiling and that they were really busy and I'd be better off calling someone else - I phoned and emailed my thoughts and have not heard back from them - bottom line - They don't know what the heck they are doing and don't stand behind their work which is lousy -

I contacted Titan Exteriors for a quote to repair our leaky roof. The receptionist told us that someone would contact me back within 24 hours. A week later we still hadn't heard from them so I contacted them again. The receptionist pulled my original message (or so she said), stated she didn't know why anyone hadn't called me by now, and promised me that someone would get back with me by the end of that day. It has now been almost 3 weeks since then and I still haven't heard anything from this company. So much for the "values" they have listed on their website. Pathetic customer service.

Titan was supposed to repair my leaky roof and inside water damage caused by the leaky roof. For 2 months there were lots of promises but not much action. There were other delays, but the biggest was Titan's inability to find a mold remediation company. They found a company in the beginning of the process but then claimed the company backed out of the deal. After that, there was about a month of searching where they claimed they could not find a reputable mold remediation company. That's when I gave up, signed up for Angies List., and found a mold company the first day I looked. Titan never called back and I didn't contact them again. I went with another company and had the work done with no problems.

The representative that we dealt with was very friendly and cared about getting the job done and getting us as much information as possible.
