Description of Work: I called Tim about a house I saw online. He was very personable on the phone and interested in helping me. Other realtors hadn't returned calls, gave me short answers, and didn't act like they wanted to help me. Tim met with me at my convenience and took me for a drive around several neighborhoods so that I could figure out where I wanted to live. We drove around and looked at several houses for sale, then went back to the office. He called and set up appointments for us for Saturday. We looked at about 6 houses, all fairly similar. He took the time to help me see how some homes would be a good investment and others would not. We found the home I wanted the first day. He worked with the other realtor and got my offer accepted. He took care of every detail. When it snowed on my closing date, he offered to drive me to closing. He had to make a special trip to the closing agent to get my keys from the sellers who closed after I did. He followed up after the sale, many times. He became a true friend to me, and I still contact him when I have questions about home values or to refer friends. Update: Tim helped me find a new home to buy in December 2014. He handled all the details and it was an easy closing. Then, we listed the house he sold me in 2009. Listed on Monday, by Wednesday we had 5 offers! Tim helped me sort them out so I could decide which one to select. Closing is scheduled in February 2015 for a full price offer! I couldn't ask for more than that!
