The technician arrived on time, did a excellent inspection of the entire outside house and attic and found most probable entry of the squirrel. He made suggestions for reattaching vents etc. He baited a trap , and will return in two weeks to complete the job.

Mark was the technician that came to my home, and he was very professional and understanding when I had something come up and was just a little late meeting him. Jesse was who I spoke with and arranged for my service, and he was very helpful and informative about my situation.

I would definitely use them again- they were very knowledgeable and helpful, they were very prompt to reply and come out! I was surprised how much they did that was just part of the basic service! I would definitely recommend them and use them again !

Thrive was great! We had a strange bug issue (bird mites) and they were knowledgeable and took care of the problem right away. It was very reasonable and quick too! We will be using them again for regular pest maintenance.

It too 2 tries to get rid of the yellow jackets. When I called and said they weren't gone they sent a tech out in a couple of hours and finished the yellow jackets off. I'll likely call in the spring for treatment before the yellow jackets start their nest.
