The were on time coming out to do the work, They put a Sterilizer spray on my yard . As of today I won't know for a while if it killed all the weeds but am certain it will.

Travis came out on time and did a wonderful job, he explained everything he was doing in detail and left instructions for after care of our trees.

Fast and responsive call back time. I was able to schedule a consultation within a few days after setting up my HomeAdvisor project. Service was performed a few days after the initial consultation. The technician was able to come earlier than expected. It's too early to see if the job was successful, however we have retained them for follow treatments. The project manager Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was willing to research our specific issues more to find the most appropriate treatment plan.

They sent somebody out very quickly to look at our lawn. There was confusion on their part about getting back to me, but finally we were all scheduled and the work continued just fine. Their treatment has made much improvement to our lawn.

Scott was on time, professional, and patiently answered questions.

I’m a disabled widow. I hired Envi to come and sterilize most of 2.5 acres because I’m getting old and it’s much work to maintain. Tom Clemins had Justin come over and gave me a quote with a fair discount as a Senior Citizen. And set the appointment for today, May 12,2018 between 11:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m . I was told that the rain would help their product work. At 9:15 this morning I got a phone call from a Joe who stated that an employee was sick and they needed to reschedule. Because I had a “soft” appointment. I don’t even know what that means. I called Tom and Justin they did not answer . Justin finally called and stated he had been double booked and some one should have called last week to reschedule me. I demanded the work be done at half price or my money returned ASAP. Justin said I was threatening him. I told him if you want a job done right, DO IT YOURSELF! He agreed. And COULD NOT do the job on my terms . I then hung up left Tom Clemins AGAIN and told him his company was fired . Then Justin called AGAIN left a voice mail stating that the rain would disable the product from working. So Justin lied . When I returned his call he stated, “ I’m standing in front of a church , my niece is being baptized and that was more important than the conversation we were having at that moment. Well I’m calling BULL CRAP. Business is BUSINESS and he should have fixed his first error personally last week! Do NOT hire Envi for anything. Unfortunately there is no way to put minus stars on this site. I can rent the equipment, buy the product and do it myself for half of what they were going to charge me. The BEST MAN FOR A JOB IS A WOMAN. Or hire any lawn service other than ENVI.

The young man who preformed the service was very knowable and explained the process so that I understand what needed to be done and why. He went above and beyond to help, I wish I had people more like him when I was working. Oh and they were on time...
