I started a search for patio quotes recently. I had a lot of contact and quotes. However, The Covered Patio excels beyond all the others! The initial contact with Chase was stellar customer service! Pleasant, bright, great follow-up, etc., etc. I am pretty hard core when it comes to crappy or excellent customer service, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Chase is superb. It was a pleasant experience. Then, Justin came to look at my area, talked with me, and gave me a quote. He arrived as expected, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient! The customer service went above and beyond, which is sadly missing in the world today. On top of The Covered Patios incredible customer service, they came back with the best quote. Reasonable and realistic for them as a small business and for us. If you want to have peace of mind and know that you're getting quality work and support a small business, I hands down suggest The Covered Patio. You will not be disappointed! I reviewed and got several quotes before choosing The Covered Patio company. The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. I was very pleased with that vs. having it done one way then not liking what they did. Other companies should model The Covered Patio because this went as smooth as possible and looks terrific. I now have neighbors considering enclosing their covered patios due to seeing the great work this company does. This is a local company and everyone takes great pride in their work. If you are considering a screen room, look no further!!!

Great on time in budget and great product.

Fantastic communication through the 2 month process due to my HOA was extremely difficult. The Covered Patio took care of all of it and did a great job building the deck. They were less than 1/2 the price of all the other bids I received. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the backyard for your friends or family.
