Description of Work: We have regular service contract established with the Bug Man. We experienced problems with black ants last fall and during the winter in our new home. The Bug Man diagnosed the problem and discussed with us how the ants are attracted. It was explained that it could take several applications , but they were willing to return whenever we found a recurrence. It took several visits, but we've been ant free for months now.

Robert was there well ahead of schedule and was professional and knowledgeable. He put my fears to rest about my concerns regarding the garage and that I had no pests to worry about. I had been paying another company to treat this area when there was, in fact, no reason to do so. I appreciated this honesty and knowlege. I have been using another company in the past but will use this company in the future for all my pest control needs. Best thing is that they didn't charge a dime to come out and do an inspection, only if a treatment was needed.
Description of Work: I called them to come out to do an annual inspection as well as check an area of concern for me in my garage. This was my first time using this company.
