replacement windows
+ -1 moreWe bought windows with this company several years ago. Everything was fine until we attempted to contact them because one of the windows no longer opens. It has been over a week of leaving messages and receiving one call back from a representative who said someone else should be calling and rudely immediately hung up without allowing us to say anything!!! These windows have a lifetime warranty. We absolutely do not recommend this company due to their horrible customer service and the fact that the windows are less than theee years old and already malfunctioning.
Description of Work: Windows need repaired. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty

+ -1 moreMy wife asked for a estimate and the sales rep quoted $ 10,000. for 17 windows, and wanted us to lock into an agreement before he showed us anything. I asked to get the quote in writing and the Sales Rep stated that I would need to sign a contract to my price in writing.
Description of Work: The sales rep was to be at my home at between 5 and 5:30 pm. The sales rep pulled in my neighbors driveway and waited 20 mins before coming to my home. 2. the sales rep never took measurements of my windows nor showed my any type of product. He wanted us to sign a contract before he showed us any product and or pricing.
