+ 0 moreI would not recommend Tennessee Thermal products to anyone. After replacing 13 windows and nine months later we noticed a draft coming from one and discovered the top pane had dropped on its own. when we closed it we found that it would not lock and two other windows as well. I've contacted the Company three times including the sales person Robert Smith over the last 4 months with no action. It appears that once they get your money, you are on your own. Maybe this poor review and a filed complaint with the BBB will get there attention. Signed a very dissatisfied customer.

+ -1 moreThe salesman and window instaler have been professional and helpful. The only complaint I have is if you call Tennessee Thermal no one anwsers the phone or returns your call. You have to call the salesman and instaler's cell number to get in touch with someone. Windows have only bee instaled for 5 days but seem to be fine.
