+ -1 moreThe problem I am having is the water pressure is now too low. I have contacted Mr. Lenard by phone 3 times and in person 2 times. I was promised all these times that he would return and correct the problem. It is now 4 months later and he has never showed up. I will not use this company ever again. I believe in good customer service and honesty. Mr. Lenard received his money and I want my problem fixed.
Description of Work: He put a pressure relief at the meter. He did a good job of installing it. He also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. They are working great. The problem I am having is The water pressure is now too low. I have contacted Mr. Lenard by phone 3 times and 2 times in person. I was promised all these times that he would return and correct the problem. It is now 4, months later and he never showed up.

+ -1 moreMr. Lenard was great. Very knowledgeable and completed the repairs quickly. His price was so much better than previous service provider--about 1/4 of what I was quoted previously! Will definitely use this company again if needed.
