All floors cleaned best I ever had. Price was fair--about $90 more than the $139 special discount with Angie's List. However, when I tried to enlist vendor to clean our HOA clubhouse carpeted great room later, he did not show in spite of several attempts on my part to get him to do so.

The technician that came to our house was right on time. He was very courteous and professional. He was done cleaning our couch, love seat and large shag rug in under 2 hours. All items were in storage for 4 months until we moved into our new house they had got dirty during the move plus needed to be freshened up. I paid under $200 and was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend and use again!

It was excellent. They were helpful. They had information on the content of the rug that helped in cleaning. They knew their business. I shared the information. I even referred them to a couple of friends.

Excellent! We had two large rooms and a hallway cleaned. Arrived right on time. We were very impressed right away when Ro (business owner) came in and first did a walk-through to assess where the stains were and then discussed with us what had happened with our dog (she had been very sick and so we had a lot of urine stains in the living room, ugh). We also had some spots in the master bedroom that were there from the previous homeowners, and another carpet cleaning service had been unable to get them up. We had no idea what they were but they were brown and ugly. After doing the survery of the carpets, Ro made up the cleaning solution specific to our carpets, and went to work. The results were transformative. Not only was he able to address the issue in our living room but he removed a lot of the unknown stain in the bedroom. The carpets look wonderful and the awful urine smell is GONE. Also the carpets were only slightly damp, he got about 90% of the moisture up. We are not in a position at this time to replace all this carpet and to have it cleaned and smelling fresh again is such a relief. It is obvious that this company is dedicated to finding out what the customer's needs are and doing everything they can to make sure they meet them. We will absolutely use Swan Floor Care again and I highly recommend them.

We have a pet and our carpets were very soiled. We thought we would have to replace them. They cleaned the carpets very well and came in right at the estimate they gave us. They even through in couple other rooms. We are extremely happy! I would definitely recommend them.

We never that the bonus room carpet could look this great, but they exceeded any and all expectations. The sectional couch looks like new! A++++ service and professionalism!!! I will be referring them to all of my friends!

I must have not thought the price was outrageous because I had them come back. I would use them in the future.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Swan Floor Care. They forewarned us of some areas of carpet that would probably not come completely clean, and they were right. But I am not complaining. They provided excellent cleaning over the rest of the areas and they were quick and thorough. They were also punctual and professional. I will definitely use them again.

They did an outstanding job in one of the rooms, where they spent extra time making sure to get a few spots out. The two other rooms were average, as numerous spots remained. Surprisingly, I don't recall their mentioning their inability to get the spots out when the left my house. Also, they were supposed to clean the carpet in a short hallway, but it was obviously not cleaned at all. Of note, it appears they do not vacuum before they clean the carpets. So, where I had any pieces of solid material on the carpet (think stray popcorn kernels and the like), it remained when they left (though it was pushed to the edges). I guess I expected more: 1. A thorough vacuuming first so the full floor of the room was clean 2. Spot removal in all rooms, or comments about where/why they were unable to remove spots 3. Consistent performance from one room to the next. It seemed they were focused on making the "nicest"/"most important" room look good, but didn't care as much about the rooms that are less high profile in the house. If you hire them, my recommendations: 1. Be sure to walk through and discuss your needs before, and walkthrough with them after as well to ensure satisfaction 2. They obviously take pride in their work and were extremely professional and efficient. As long as you are able to establish clear expectations up front, I believe you won't be disappointed.

It was good and bad. The carpet looks nice. It was clean. You could tell it was fresh however there were pieces of grass on it. I couldn't tell where it came from. The guy was really nice. The carpet looked good. It was a little disconcerting thinking you're getting a clean carpet and having the grass on it. I thought the price was good.

Floors looked fantastic. Ro removed several layers of wax and floors looked new again. Very professional.

Excellent! I could not believe a carpet 5 years old (subjected to kids, cats and dogs) could look and smell so fresh. He did an unbelievable job and was very easy to reach by phone.. Quickly returns calls if he should miss you. Actually had a cancellation and was able to move my appointment up a few days He has an extensive knowledge of carpet given 15 years on the other side of sales. He will explain and answer any questions about the process (I learned there is a lot to doing it right) He takes pride in his work! One of those old fashioned hard workers and customer pleasers. Highest recommendation! Thanks!!

Rug was picked up, returned and cleaned. Ro Swan did an excellent job with the cleaning.

My memory is vague but somehow I remember the provider not showing up when promised, and rescheduling for a week later. They did a good job, but something rubbed me the wrong way.

They took care to protect my wood furniture, carpets were sparkling clean and dried mostly in a few hours and totally dry overnight. I was completely satisfied with promptness, professional work and courtesy.

They picked up 2 large oriental rugs for cleaning and returned them in beautiful condition at the schedule I requested. We were doing a lot of renovating and cleaning and Ro Swann worked with us to clean our rugs off-site and then clean our upstairs carpets when returning the rugs. Beautiful work all around at a schedule that worked for me. I am more than happy.

They were excellent. What stands out is their punctuality.

I contacted the service and the owner was having health issues. He said that they would contact me to schedule following his surgical procedure. I have never heard from them. It is awkward because I am sympathetic to someone having a health issue, but I don't know why they would run a promotion when there were issues preventing them from providing the service. I needed the service when I purchased it and ended up having the work done by ProCare. I really would like a refund or credit of my money. Instead I have received a rude and unprofessional response. If I am able, I plan to publish the response. No one deserves the response that I received to an honest review of a business. It has been 4 months. I guess I should have sent a get well card instead of asking for a refund for services not performed. UPDATE 04/18/2015: I received this response following my review of this company. I bought the deal for $139 and they charged $75 at the time of service to take care of urine stains. They did a fantastic job and they were very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future!

He told me it was going to be a couple of weeks to come out. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message. He didn't call me back again when I called. We finally set up a call for him to bring the rugs back, which was supposed to be at 3:00. I got home from work at 3:00 and he just left the rugs outside the garage. They didn't return the rugs when they said they were going to. It wasn't really the greatest job. They didn't really get them clean. They're still stained.

Awesome! The carpet looked brand new! Our stairs and family room a ton of traffic and with 3 big dogs and a 3 year old..they get spills etc. Carpet looked great after... Like I said looked brand new. I never thought the stairs would look like that. Swan is super friendly and professional..explained everything they were going to do, etc. I will definitely use them again.
