We purchased a new existing home from this builder. We reported bubbled and delaminated wood floor planks on our inspection. We closed on the home in July of 2017. After closing, We discovered to what extent there was a problem. Also, we discovered from the subcontractors the 1200 square feet engineered oak flooring was installed on the concreted slab in July 2016 without the HVAC units. The HVAC contractor installed both units in October of 2016, three months after the engineered wood flooring install. This voided the manufacturer warranty. After nine months of pleading for the builder to replace the floor. The builder has done nothing. I reported the builder to the Tennessee Board of Commerce & Insurace for failure to respond to his poor workmanship last December. The builder should have prevented to flooring installation until the was a controlled environment for the materials. My case was closed with no action. He will not admit fault... if you do business with this company, do not close with remaking items on the punch list and bring your own real estate agent into the contract.

Very poorly. After less than 3 years, our roof is coming off, literally. They said, contact your homeowner's insurance. Independent roof inspector has stated improper nailing pattern. I looked up proper nailing pattern, shows 6 nails evenly spaced accross 36 inch span. We have 3 nails about 4 inches apart, remainder has no nails. Additionally, nails were driven improperly, too much pressure on the nail causing it to go through the shingle, so nothing is holding them on. Now we have water that has come in the house and ruined drywall.
