 + -1 moreHe did a great job. The grass was long because we had just purchased the home and didn't have a lawn mower yet and it had been about three weeks since it was cut. We called Jason on 9/30/13 and asked if he could fit us in as soon as possible because we wanted the lawn cut before the exterminator showed up on 10/2/13. Jason told me on the phone that he could do it that afternoon (9/30/13) or the next morning. He showed up the next day and got it all cut very quickly and it looked great. We definitely recommend Jason Frakes of Southern Landscape Services.
Description of Work: Mowed our front and back yards (.88 acres).

 + -1 moreI called this provider to get a quote on contracting them to do my lawn service on a weekly basis. They came and looked at my job and were supposed to call me back with a price. That was over two months ago and I'm still waiting.
Description of Work: I only called for a quote. I didn't ever get one.

 + -1 moreI have worked with others in the past that tell you what yuou have to have done no matter what your budget is - Jason works with you to take care of the necessities first and the 'nice to haves' second. If you are lucky enough to get him you will be very well satisfied
Description of Work: This is the BEST landscape professional I have ever worked with. He totally cleaned up my front landscaping - removed the 5 yr old mulch - ripped out dead bushes - trimmed -new mulch - mulch around my trees - I can't say enough good about Jason! He takes care of the yard year round - You can count on him week after week! I have worked with others in the past that tell you what yuou have to have done no matter what your budget is - Jason works with you to take care of the necessities first and the 'nice to haves' second.

 + 0 moreI found him here on Angie's list - that alone was worth the membership fee !He does the lawn weekly for a very fair price. He just finished the landscape work and I could not be more pleased. While he was working on our yard a neighbor stopped by to get his card = they do that good of a job. .
Description of Work: Weekly lawn service - cutting, weeding, blowing the clippings, spraying weed killer on walkways and the patio where needed. Massive clean up of the front landscaping - cleaning out old shrubs, trimming the rest, removing old mulch, spraying for weeds,What impressed me the most was the fact that he gave me a price, estmating he and his crew could complete in in 3-4 hours. They ended up here 6 hours, hauling two truck loads of limbs and debris off and honored his price. , Very professional - just a really good experience!

 + -1 moreThe owner of Southern Landscape Services has called and talked to me several times. He is very personable and treats us very well as customers. They are very punctual, showing up at the time they said they would come. The work they do looks great.
Description of Work: Southern Landscape Services trimmed all the shrubbery at the front and side of the house. They also mow once a week for us. They charged $200 for the shrubbery work and they charge $30 a week for the mowing.
