Description of Work: Installed landscaping for my new house. They gave a reasonable price, but some of the details did not do well. They were supposed to remove rocks from flower beds they created, but that did not happen. They planted several items and one tree with inadequate provision for drainage in clay soil. When tree died six months later and I found it sitting in a pool of water, they did not offer any warranty or help. Overall OK service, but much better is available at less cost. I guess it is what to be expected when building a new house from 500 miles away and you can not check on it everyday.

Description of Work: They provided excellent customer service and was able to process a gift certificate over the phone and mail it to the respective recipients in a very timely manner. Very good!

+ -1 moreThis is how a nursery should operate. Southbranch could not have been more helpful and met our needs exactly. They provided me with exactly the right amount of guidance to successfully plant our new landscaping.
Description of Work: We visited the nursery early in the spring looking for some consulting help on selecting plants for our yard. Southbranch recommended taking photos of the desired locations to use for discussion. Alex and team listened to our desires, asked questions about conditions, and then provided several options to choose from.
