SKILL CONSTRUCTION CO

So many issues with this company. I don't even know where to begin. WOrst experience ever. Unskillled workers. doing work that they have never done before and doing it any way. Cut my water line and flooded my kitchen. Water came thru my ceiling and out of my light fixtures. Never even helped to clean it up. left me to sop up the water. My over head lights still don't work in the kitchen. The owner never even came over to see what happend. but was johnny on the spot to get his money. Tile work in the bathroom, sub standard They used broken tile and pieced it together. The grout has come out. The worker even brought his new puppy with him and it used my home as a bathroom. He even brought his girlfriend to watch him sork while she layed on MY BED. How is that for professional. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

I first met with the owner Steve Arnold who promised the moon to get the contract. They were suppose to repair the leak in the bathroom shower which dripped water into my kitchen. He told me that he could do the repairs for the insurance money and submitted a proposal to my insurance carrier. Promised to do extra repairs at no additional cost. THAT should have been my red flag. I had to convince my insurance agent to let me use him- BIG mistake. He sent his nephew and brother in law to do the work and they had no experience. Tracked dirt into my house and never thought twice about it. Had to tear out the shower but never put a screen between my bedroom and the master bath, This would have contained the construction dust the bathroom. This oversight created dust throughout my house and i had to clean everynight before going to bed. ONce they removed the tiles from the shower the nephew began the repairs on the plumbing. He managed to cut the main water line in the bathroom causing water to flood into the my kitchen downstars. He never thought to cut off the water before repairing the pipe.He ran up and down my stairs with wet dirty shoes.My kitvchen had water coming out of the ceiling, ceiling fan and lights. The nephew said he would pay for a new ceiling fan in the kitchen since water was runing out of it.They never helped to clean up the water in the kitchen which managed to flow into my hall.I had to do that. My husband had to lift up the carpeting in the hall and repair the floor boad under the carpet because it was warped, Twice. I called Steve to come out and look at what had happend. He never came. I had to get a new ceiling fan and the lights still don't work in the kitchen. HIs wife then had the nerve to call me and demand that i pay more than the insurance company payed. They sent in tile man to do the tile in the bathroom who used a young man who couldn't speak english to do the work. They broke tiles and proceeded to piece them together and use them anywy. The nephew and brother in law did my drywall after telling me that they had never don that before.I would change the name uf the company to "UNSKILLED Construction". They never showed up on time and always had excuses. Also had the nerver to bring his girlfrien and new dog into my house and the dog releaved herself on my carpet. How's that for the construction project from h***? Don"t use them. You can't make this stuff up. it was a nightmare. I could go on and on , but i think you get my point.
