Roto-Rooter

Finally someone who knows what they are doing, and not afraid to get dirty. I have a small mobile home park and one of my mobile homes had a water leak underneath the mobile home. Tyler did not try to sale me anything I didn’t need. For that I am very grateful! Anytime I call for my plumbing needs I only want Tyler to come out!!!!!

I called. They came. Explained, and fixed.

It went extremely well.

I call Roto Rooter after 6pm. I got some sort of service center that relayed my info to a local service rep (Josh). Josh called back promptly and was able to help us out with the parts available on his truck. He showed up 20 minutes later and had the leak repaired in less than 30 minutes from beginning to end - with no "emergency charge" for an after-hours repair. Certainly not the cheapest service that I have had but Josh's prompt service and professional repair were actually worth the extra money. Roto Rooter was recommended by my neighbor and she definitely steered me right.

Called for Price and set appt. Provider called on the day of the appt and re-scheduled due to heavy rain. They showed up on-time the next day, performed the inspection and left a copy of the preliminary report. Final report to be mailed within one week. Tim was very courteous and knew what he was doing.

I like them. They responded very quickly, they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

He came out, used a plunger and thats all. His fee was high.

I would have to say that Roto Rooter did very well. They showed up at my home on time and they cleaned up very nicely. They seemed to not only be very nice, but very reliable as well. Their charge was fair however it would all depend on how many feet it was for this particular job. We have a very big yard and my price was very reasonable I thought.

Well, the guy that does the work is a nice guy and very professional, but it seems like some of the stuff Lowes uses isn't quality products. When I had a faucet changed, water leaked all over my home due to a malfunction and it caused some damage.

The first time visit was only $150, and the second time they came back they asked for over $700 for the same job, which was less than an hour of work. The man spoke little English, and we had to bargain them down to about $375. I found them to be deceitful in their operating practices.

I was not at all happy with Roto-Rooter. We had to schedule them twice which was a major inconvenience. I would never use them again.

I've used Roto Rooter for other plumbing jobs in the past, and I'm always satisfied with their work. I was also pleased that they were ahead of time. They have very friendly employees, too.

I know that Roto Rooter is dependable. When they say they will be here between 10-12, they always are. They are professional and I would recommend them, although they are not cheap.

Roto Rooter left while they were on the clock. They did not come back for three hours, and then it took them only 15 minutes to fix the problem. Afterwards, I called another plumber, and he said he could have done it for only $150. I couldn't believe I paid $600.

Roto Rooter did an excellent job of unplugging my drain. Everything is working properly. I will recommend them to others.
