Although they showed up approximately 2 weeks after they were scheduled to they did a fantastic job. The tree was removed, the roots ground and the shrub bed was leveled.

I had written a long review but the website erased it before I could publish it.

They responded quickly and did excellent work. I will definitely use them again!

They were prompt and did a good job cutting down and removing the tree. Due to a wet month, their heavy equipment left deep ruts in the side and front yards. They filled a few with saw dust. Since nothing was in writing about the ruts, we accepted the chore of filling and seeding the numerous ruts - a pretty big job that is still ongoing.

Great. Had to reschedule a couple of times.

Rosboro's was wonderful. Timely response to my request and they did a good job for us. They took the tree down, ground the stump and cleaned up the mess. Could not have asked for more. I would use them again.

They arrived when they said they would and took care of the job quickly and efficiently. They were thoughtful enough to place large pans under their truck, so as not to leave large oil stains in our driveway.

It went very well!! We are very pleased!!! I called them on 7-8-14 because one of our Bradford Pear trees had broken (about a third of it just split off). Victoria and her husband came out that evening to give us an estimate on trimming that tree and the other trees that we needed trimmed, and on removing the trees that we needed removed. We recently bought our home as a foreclosure that had been neglected for years, and all of the trees were way too top heavy since they'd never been trimmed. Also, we told them that one of our neighbors said that one of the trees in the front yard was too close to the septic system, but we weren't sure since we didn't receive a plat of the property at closing. Her husband actually looked in our crawl space to determine the directions of the pipes to confirm the location of the septic tank, and Victoria told me what government office to call to get the plat of our property. This was very helpful to me. We confirmed that tree was too close to the septic system so it needed to be removed. They also removed four other trees: an extremely large one that's roots were buckling the driveway, two medium ones that were in the wrong place, and a smaller one that we'd tried to cut down but kept regrowing that was too close to the back patio and caused a crack in the concrete. They quoted us $1650 for all of this work, which is an amazing value!!! They told us they had a few jobs ahead of us so it would be about a week. She asked for a 50% down payment to secure the equipment. Victoria called on 7-14-14 to say that they could do work on Thursday and Friday, 7-17-14 and 7-18-14. They and their crew showed up right at 9am and got to work. The first thing they did was put up orange cones around where the septic tank is so they wouldn't damage it, and then got to work trimming, cutting, mulching, and stump grinding. The did all the work in the front yard and started on the driveway tree on Thursday, and came back on Friday to finish the driveway tree and all the back on Friday. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to finish Friday because rain was in the forecast, but they worked through the light rain without any problems. The entire crew was very professional, and they completely raked and cleaned up the entire yard. They provided great service at an exceptional value. We highly recommend Roseboro Treeworks and will definitely use them again.

Went fine but went with another tree service.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Everything was cleaned up and my yard was left with fewer leaves to rake! They work hard and efficiently on the job. My neighbor talked with them and is now on the schedule for Roseboro. I am very pleased with the cost for what all they did. I had 2 previous estimates and this company's price was well below the others. I would definitely use and refer them for their excellent service.

Showed up for the estimate on time. Very professional. Quote was fair. Returned to do the work as planned. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up all debris, including the very small sticks. Very pleased!

Other then the scheduling issues, overall it went great and we are very satisfied with their work. The pricing was a fair and good price, we had other companies quote higher prices and one company would not even quote to trim the Crape Myrtles. As mentioned above we would be happy to recommend them to anyone and plan to use their services again as needed.

Isaac and his team showed up right about on time. And went straight to work. Less than 5 minutes in I was impressed. They did great prep work of the area to make for a quick and easy clean up. They worked so quick and efficiently I was afraid I was going to miss it. Some of the tree was still hanging over in the neighbors yard. Not a single stick fell in their yard. We ended up with a pretty big stack of firewood for next year and he got some really nice logs. If I remember correctly they were finished with clean up and stomp removal by 3 pm. Just a little over 5 hours. WOW! Any time I need anything cut down or trimmed he will be my first call. I couldn't say more for these guys.

I didn't dislike anything. They're right here on time. They're very neat and clean. They pick everything up after themselves. You wouldn't even know they were here doing anything.
