+ -1 moreThe provider took photos and gauged the level of damage. It was suggested for me to get an insurance adjuster to review my roof prior to work being started. The provider never sent me an estimate for his expected work. He was basically waiting on me to get an insurance adjuster on site, for him to haggle an entirely new roof from the insurance. Rose didn't seem interested in fixing my roof for the $300 needed for the shingles, but only was interested in the business if it was for the full $15k!
Description of Work: Provider came out to conduct an assessment and estimate on my roof for some missing shingles

+ -1 moreI was highly impressed, not only with their professionalism in the job, but also about their personal interest in my welfare as they were doing the job. They were absolutely and totally responsible for the neatness and clean up of the job and the wear and tear on the in and out of my home as they needed access. They were very prompt in everything they did. They completed the job in one day, which made it extremely easier on me.
