Robinson Lawncare

My property was absolutely beautiful when I hired Fred Robinson. I travel frequently, and when writing the $13,000 contract for services to be provided by Robinson Lawncare , It was agreed that Fred would be on top of all aspects of lawn care and maintenance without my instruction. I often come home after dark, and I did not see the rapid decline of my property Until it was *Large track marks across my lawn from his riding mower / continued to be made despite my requests to use different equipment *Different types of grass growing in patches / tufts / the grass height was uneven and RIDDLED with weeds / patches of yellow, and tracks of exposed dirt from the riding mower and trailer. *MOLE HOLES EVERYWHERE / spanning the entire length of my impeccably mulched driveway and flower beds throughout. Not just a few ... As a tiny bit of restitution, I asked Fred to power wash several areas / Fred was VERY accommodating and PROMISED to get on it that week / Didn't show , Didn't show , Didn't show ... Then his truck broke down Then health issues / Then trailer lights out Then the truck broke down hard times, all of his customers left ... Then his pressure washer broke and no one had any in stock to rent .../ The FIRST call that I made to an equipment rental confirmed that there was no shortage of machines In my opinion, not noticing the mole holes littering my property, not performing the necessary weed control, inaccurate assessment of property conditions, and, in my opinion, fabricating excuses , is fraudulent and not the type of service that I would advise ANYONE to use ... In my opinion.
