I hired R3 to find a leak in my son’s room that was causing mold and also damaging his ceiling. I also hired them to find a leak in my daughter’s ceiling. They said they found the reason for the leaks and quoted me a price. In this estimate, it stated different tradesmen would be performing the work (painter, HVAC person etc) and I was charged those minimums for those tradesmen. The project manager did most of the work himself. They did have painters come in though. The estimate was itemized and I noticed they were charging me for things that they were not doing (like closing off the room for cleaning mold, applying anti-mold spray, etc). I asked the project manager if he was planning on going over the estimate with me and amending the quote. He looked at me like I was nuts. He seemed very eager to hurry up and finish my job. There were several things that needed to be done, and I got the impression that he wanted to finish it all in a couple of hours. Once I brought up going over the estimate, then he seemed to go slower and make sure he was doing everything, since I was paying attention. He seemed to not understand why I wanted to go over the estimate. I questioned him on several things and he ended up taking off $1,000 because he couldn’t prove he did it. $1,000!! If I wasn’t paying attention, this company would’ve taken my money for work they never performed. There were probably things I missed, but I couldn’t catch everything. When they originally came to fix things, they replaced 2 air vents running from my bathrooms to the outside of my house. A couple of weeks after they completed their work, a leak started in my son’s room. They claimed the vent they just replaced is now causing the leak because the air vent isn’t powerful enough to push the condensation out. They said they would repair it for free, since they did the work. I asked them about repairing the other one, since they just replaced that one and they refused. They said that vent hasn’t caused an issue yet and since they have discovered that it might cause an issue and have brought it to my attention, it would cost for them to replace it. At first, I said no because I just paid for them to install new vents and I felt like they should replace that one as well. Then I decided to go ahead and pay to have that one fixed. I contacted the project manager SEVERAL times to try to get him to fix the vents and my son’s ceiling. He would say he was coming and then never show. He’d never contact me and say he wasn’t coming—he just wouldn’t show. Then he asked to send someone on a Saturday when I had a commitment and I told him no, since a babysitter was at my house. He sent a worker anyway and the worker didn’t even know what he was supposed to be doing. The babysitter sent him away and I had to try to contact the project manager about coming again. He finally had someone come out and they only fixed 1 vent. I asked them about it and I was told that with the winter storm, they had enough business for now, and they were “opting out” of fixing my vent. I was very upset and told them that they had done work that will knowingly cause future problems and they should fix it—I was even paying for it. The estimator was rude and not interested in having someone come out to fix it. I asked for the owner’s contact information several times, so I could discuss the problem with him/her and the estimator refused to give it to me. DON’T use this company. They will try to steal your money, not perform all the work, or stand by all the work they perform.

Went perfectly! Service was amazing. so very pleased with the quality of the work, and how quickly it was completed.

The original contact was fine - we set up a time for a free estimate the next day. He had to reschedule last minute due to a meeting in Nashville. He was later than estimated getting out of that meeting so it put a hitch in my plans - but it was ok and he kept in touch with me. Those things happen. That's why I ranked a 'B' on punctuality. My husband hadn't told me to ask about installing gutter screens so I wound up texting a lot with him to get a price and see if that could be done the same day as the repair to the roof vent/boot. They were able to do that - no problem. It was nice that he'd given me his number and we were able to text and get that handled. He texted me the morning of the job to let me know the worker was on his way and had to make one stop to pick up something. The worker was at my house within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. I didn't mind that - no problem there. Work was done within about 2 hours. Worker was nice and polite. After he got all the leaves & junk out of the gutters he came back around the house and our back deck and blew the debris away without me having to ask. I appreciated that. There was a LOT of stuff everywhere and we don't have a blower. I looked up in the attic around the roof vent and no longer see daylight - cool. So overall good job and I'd use them again.

I had Charles out to quote a roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. While we decided to use another company, Roof Roof pricing was very competitive and would have probably done a good job.

Called roofer for two small repairs and overall inspection for inspection work from sale of home. they never came back to do the work. I did not call back...

I found Roof Roof through an Angie's List deal. I spoke with Charles Bain and he came over the next morning to look at my existing roof. I thought a 3 tab roof would be more cost efficient and asked for that. Charles looked at the price difference and said because they don't install those much now, the price difference was very small. He offered me the architectural shingles for the same price. I had the house re-roofed during a time I was not in the house. So, I cannot comment on what happened during the install. I know they completed a relatively complicated looking roof in one day. It looks great and I have a nice warranty. They also back up their workmanship. All in all, Charles was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. I have a roof with a long warranty and a company that will take care of it too. I thought my price was very reasonable considering the size of my home. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional roofers.

Both Michael and Manuel were professional, courteous and friendly. They did a thorough job both in the attic and on the roof to try to identify where a spot on the ceiling of our livingroom indicated a possible leak. They could not find one. They did not charge us for the inspection. I would use them again in an instant because of their honesty and professionalism.

Roof Roof was very professional. All work was done with an excellent crew and they were punctual and cleaned everything up spotless after the job was finished. I have had a few roofs put on my homes over the years and Roof Roof was the most professional and friendly service I have ever used. All prices were reasonable and again all work was excellent. I watched as they inspected and repaired all decking that needed repair before the roofing went on. The crew worked fast and you could tell that they were a well oiled machine.

Look no further, this is the roofing company you want to choose. Charles came out promptly after I called about losing some shingles from our roof in the last storm. We discussed the age of the roof and what the future needs may be. He provided an estimate for the repair as well as for a new roof. There was no pressure to go with the more expensive option. We chose to go with the repair since our roof is older but we have no issues with leaks, etc. His employees came out and were very respectful and did a great job. They didn't leave even a trace that they were here when they left, and if you know the roofing industry you know that is a rarity. We are very happy we chose Roof Roof and will certainly call them again next time we need a roofer.

I had six roofing companies assess my roofing needs and provide estimates. I narrowed my choice down to two providers, with Roof Roof being one of them. I elected to go with the other provider, but that decision was not a reflection of the assessment or interactions I had with Roof Roof. I found each of the R-R reps that I spoke with to be highly professional and extremely easy to deal with. I obviously cannot provide information about services actually provided in replacing my roof, but I would have no problems at all coming back to this provider in the future with any needs that the organization might be able to provide.

May roofers don't want to bother with minor roof repairs, since they make a lot more money from full roof replacements; but thankfully, Roof Roof is not one of those roofers. I called and someone called me back that day to schedule a time to stop by. He was on time and very helpful (I know I need to replace the roof, but I'm not ready yet, so he provided me with some useful information that would help me plan down the road.) We agreed that his team would call me to schedule a time to stop by. The following day, while I was waiting for the call, I called my husband said he said they had already been there and completed the repair. Thankfully, my husband was home that day to bring the dogs in, and based on the rain storms we've had since, the leak I had appears to have been fixed successfully (which is a bigger deal than it sounds, as the source of a leak can be pretty tricky to track down, however, I had a pretty good idea where this one was coming from (roof vent), as we had a similar leak a couple years ago from the other roof vent.) So all in all, the only thing that didn't go perfectly was the repair team stopped by instead of calling, which caught me off guard. But overall, a very pleasant repair experience. I will definitely give them a call when I'm ready to replace the entire roof.

Charles and crew replaced the roof on my 1800 sq ft brick ranch. Their price was comparable to the other estimates I received but what set them apart was that they did what they said. They sent the estimate in a timely fashion, responded to calls quickly, showed up on time, checked in at the job site...etc. Literally everything they said they were going to do, they did. Granted my roof was pretty simple but they showed up with a huge crew and completed the job in 5 hours.

I received quotes from 5 contractors and Roof Roof was the best price. No gimmicks just a straight quote with the best work warranty along with the manufacturer warranty. Explained the what the installation would be like. The workers were polite and cleaned up the area before leaving. Everyone was very professional. I had a concern about the gutter sealing and they were quick to respond and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend them. It was a very good experience.

Replaced my entire roof, worked with my insurance company to ensure I received everything I was due. Best part of experience was how responsive roof roof was throughout the process. Charles and team were always on time, called when they said they would - no hassle process.

We solicited multiple bids from contractors to replace our roof and gutters. Each of the contractors were selected from Angie's List. Charles and Tommy (though we worked mostly with Charles) of Roof Roof stood out from all the others. They were professional, punctual, and responsive from the initial visit to conclusion of the project. Roof Roof's bid was competitive, though not quite the lowest. Charles explained each aspect of their estimate and adeptly analyzed our shingle options. Though Roof Roof is a platinum preferred installer for Owens Corning, Charles was open to installing any brand of shingle that we desired. When we identified the shingles in which we had interest, he gave us addresses of houses where the shingles had been installed. We chose the Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, and Charles allowed us to make the upgrade while maintaining the original bid. I researched best practices concerning shingle installation methodologies. Charles demonstrated considerable expertise in responding to each of the questions I presented. He agreed without hesitation to supplement the contract with additional specifications I requested. We purchased the OC platinum protection roofing warranty (a 50-year, transferable warranty) that is available only through platinum preferred contractors of OC. The installation requirements to qualify for the warranty are stringent, yet Charles and his team completed process with precision and great attention to detail. The project commenced on the scheduled date and was completed in two days. Charles called in the gutter installers late the second day (a day earlier than scheduled) because of a forecast of significant rain the following day. Their pickup of debris, nails, etc., was exceptional. Charles conducted a detailed walk-through with me following the installation to be sure that we were completely satisfied. We noticed two small cosmetic items, both of which were promptly fixed. Roof Roof did not request any payment until the project was completed and we had inspected their work. Charles filed our roof warranty immediately and provided us copies of all relevant documents. After reading about bad experiences with roofers and ways that they can cut corners in their work, I was somewhat skeptical entering the process. However, our experience with Charles and other members of the Roof Roof team was exceptional. They seem like skilled professionals who care about building a strong reputation in the community. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them with future roofing needs.

My experience with Roof Roof was not at all as good as other reviews. Being highly rated by Angie's List I expected much better. After rescheduling our appointment for an hour later then previously scheduled, when Charles arrived I got the impression that he didn't want to be there . He asked us what we wanted done. Well we want the roof fixed. His response, well it looks really old and needs a lot so what do want done and again I'm thinking you haven't given me any idea of what needs to be done so how can I answer that any further then I already have. I was then told that they will get measurements and it will be at least a week before he could get an estimate emailed to me . Well no estimate was ever sent and no other phone calls from them. I don't feel I should have to chase a company to give them my business. Prior to Charles coming we had 2 other roofing companies at our house. Both were very professional and gave us details about what needed to be done and gave us an estimate within a couple of hours. Thankfully the company we chose AE Roofing & Exteriors in Hendersonville did an excellent job. I would not recommend Roof Roof to anyone.

Charles was incredibly responsive to my calls. He came when he said he would. He brought samples for review and the workers did a fast, great job. I was incredibly pleased.

We lost several shingles during a recent wind/hail storm and others had been damaged. I reached out to Roof Roof based on the positive reviews her on Angie's List. I called shortly after I had reported the damage to our insurance company and spoke to Charles Bain. He was actually able to come out and assess the damage within 30 minutes of me first reaching out to them, which was pleasantly surprising. Charles assessed the damage and determined that the lost sections need to be covered up with tarps. Since there was no immediate rain in the forecast this was taken care of the next day. Charles also came out when the adjuster assessed the roof and handled everything with courtesy and professionalism. He immediately provided the Eagle View and necessary measurements and estimated to the adjuster, which really helped move the process along quickly. Thankfully the damage was covered by our insurance, so I decided to also have Roof Roof take care of putting on the new roof. Charles immediately followed through and ordered the materials and scheduled everything after we reviewed the paperwork etc. The crew took good care to cover up our landscaping and had the entire job done in less than 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards and also made sure to sweep the yard several times with magnets to ensure that no roofing nails are laying around. Roof Roof provides a 10-year leak warranty with the full roof replacement. Overall, we couldn't have been more satisfied with this experience. Charles was extremely responsive, professional and very efficient throughout this process. The work was done quickly and they crew seemed to have done a great job with everything. We even had several neighbors comment on how quickly everything was done. I would definitely recommend this company and would do business with them again.

My overall impression were they are very customer-oriented and have very good customer service. They came in on a Sunday and they put in my roof on that same day.

The Sunday night after they put the tarp on, Roof Roof email ed us back with 3 es ti mate. On the following Tues day they can out, completed the j ob and did a wonderful clean up. They were very professional and polite. We would highly recommend this company to anyone,

From the very beginning Mr. Bain and his staff were top notch. Mr. Bain had his team on site within a few hours after contacting him. They had a crew here that worked tirelessly in an attempt to get us back in our home. Mr. Ross worked with us to explain the entire process and worked side by side with ourselves and the insurance company to get everything back to its original state ( as close as could be). The professionalism from Mr. Bain, Mr. Ross and the entire Roof Roof team was exceptional during this very emotionally draining time. I strongly recommend Roof Roof for all of your construction needs. I cannot express my thanks enough. I called Tommy Bain for a quote for my roof. He made the "hassel" of dealing with insurance easy. Within a week I had a new roof that looked great.

Mr. Bain gave me the date his crew would start on the job and latter that day the materials for the job were delivered. He arrived on the date he promised and his crew went to work in a matter of minutes. He explained to me how they would do the job from start to finish. I was very pleased with the way his crew worked, they were very efficient and did an excellent job with the roof and all the finishing touches. The color of the materials matched my house perfectly and I have had many compliments on the job that was done. Mr. Bain returned after the job was complete and asked if I had any concerns with the job. I was very pleased with my new roof and told him the roof added so much to the appearance of my deck and house. I will definitely call Roof Roof for any other improvements to my home.
