Foundation & structural repair. Crawlspace repairs. Water problems. Basement walls. Remodels. Excavating. Doors sticking.
Great communications and follow up. Very pleasant and informative. Their lifts were above my financial means but the provider offered me some reasonable solutions to help avoid any further damage. He did not need to do this as I was unable to retain their services.
Description of Work: Responded to my request to examine my foundation and address my concerns as to the bricks separating and shifting of addition.

This company is amazing. Johnny and Travis are incredible guys. They both went above and beyond. Their crew are wonderful guys who work really hard at back breaking work and still keep a smile on their face. I can't say enough great things about this company. I would recommend them every day of the week. Honest guys who do what they say. They are creative and worked with us to find the best solution for our house instead of the cookie cutter "one size fits all" approach that other companies suggested. I told them every day that I felt truly grateful to them. I feel like they are the best guys for the job and our house is fixed better than it would have been if we hired any of the other company in Nashville. I'm so glad to know them. And last, but never least, they have the best brick mason in Nashville on their staff. Paco is a true artist.
Description of Work: Installed 11 piers around the house and under the porch. They built a beautiful reinforced buttress wall equipped with substantial steel I-beams. Used carbon fiber straps on another part of the wall. Repaired and stabilized our masonry front porch. Completely re-bricked the cracked front porch cap. They re-routed drainage from a troublesome down spout. They also enclosed a pedestrian door on the exterior garage side of our house.

Johnny Spies came out and gave me an estimate. After scheduling the job, Johnny informed me that his brother, Travis, would be in charge of the actual job but if I needed Johnny, I could call him anytime. Travis and his crew did a fantastic job. It was a four day job and they did everything they said they would do. Travis explained anything I had questions about, and took progress photos and sent to me. They installed steel piers under the foundation of one end of my home to stabilize it. They re-routed a couple of downspouts to divert water away from the foundation, repaired the cracked bricks on my home, restored the landscaping (no guarantee on plants living but took as much care as they possibly could), and pressure washed off the dirt from the driveway. Before this work, I had a couple of doors that had become very difficult to open and now they open and close very easily. I definitely feel that my home is much more stable for many, many years to come.

Johnny Spies came to my home, the first few times and he provided the bid. He promised his brother Travis would be on the scene to supervise the work and he was indeed on site everyday. The work was suppose to start on a Monday but they got an early start on Friday, two days earlier than promised. Johnny estimated it would take a week, but he underestimated by 3 days, It turned out to be only a small inconvenience. Travis and his crew cared for my basement wall and my yard like it was there own. They did extra little things, like build a small wall with stones to protect my AC unit from the eroding hill behind it. He and his crew were hard working, courteous and professional at all times. Travis kept me in the loop with text, phone calls, and face to face discussions. He dealt with each of my concerns along the way with good solutions. Example of a concern: grass seed he planned to spread and cover with hay, washing off my sloped yard during winter rains before it had a chance to sprout. Travis Solution: erosion control blankets now cover my yard and the seed. Caution the tons of soil, and gravel combined with the movement of wheeled and tracked equipment will destroy your lawn, but I feel good about the efforts they put into trying to restore it. I might have to supplement with more seed, come spring, but I can live with that. The job was just finished today, but I was so pleased I signed on Angie's List to complete this review. In the beginning I didn't understand why it cost so much money, but it did involve a several men, machines and material, so I feel much better.
Description of Work: Arrested basement wall bowing with 10 carbon fiber strips. Replaced or repaired broken basement wall blocks. Excavated exterior of basement wall down to footer. Sealed wall openings with foam and concrete. Installed French drain at footer. Water proofed wall with tar like substance. Refilled with gravel and earth. Graded, seeded and covered with hay.

Replaced and repaired piers and pilings, installed additional pilings and piers. Brought in two loads of dirt to regrade the area around the house to move water away. The Pro-Lift crew was amazing, courteous, prompt and overall great to work with. They came back out a few months after their initial job and checked things out to make sure everything was to their liking.

Jonny spies (owner) showed up on time and discussed how they could do the work and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He gave me a written price and explaned what it would cover ,lenght of job ect. .VERY PROFESSIONAL. I accepted his price and we scheduled the job,.Travis the job foreman ( his brother) showed up on time ,and met with me and discussed and explained how the job would progress. They went to work ,and made great headway, the workers were polite and focused on the job.Travis was great and explained things and addressed any concerns i had .These guys work HARD! My house sets on a full basement ,and i feared it would be hard to lift ,level and stabilize ,but they do this stuff every day so no problem for them. They finished the job ahead of schedule ,and the house seems much stronger and level now.Very few settleing pops and crackleing noises now,Fingers crossed for future, but no worries -Transferable lifetime warranty. They left my yard cleaner than when they came and everything filled in great.Even though they had 8 or 9 men working in my backyard nothing went missing !.THANK YOU! JOB WELL DONE!

We had some settling in the masonry around our woodstove fireplace and wanted it repaired. We called Pro-Lift. The owner came, and was very prompt and courteous. He advised me that the solution to the problem was very simple and went on to tell us what we needed to do. He said he would not feel right charging me for something that a homeowner could probably do. We appreciated the fact that he was honest. Would definitely call him if we need his services in the future.

Johnny Spies, owner of Pro-Lift Systems was very professional, prompt and detailed in his analysis. He spent the necessary time to answer our questions and provided a technical review of his analysis. He informed us that the structural foundation of our home was A+ and found no issues. He was very honest and did not attempt to sell us product just to make a sale. I highly recommend Pro-Lift Systems!

We had at the lowest point; close to a 2 inch drop from the hallway that runs down the middle of the house to the middle of 3 rooms that run along the right-hand side of the house. In addition to the floors having a definite slope to them, all 3 rooms had a bounce to them, because of the lack of support on that side of the house. I actually got on-line via Pro-lift?s Web-Site and talked to a customer service rep, via ?Live Chat? explaining the issues that I had; the representative took down my details and explained Johnny the owner of the company would be giving me a call. I think within 15-20 minutes, I had a call from Johnny. We scheduled a meeting a few days later, which he arrived to about 5 minutes early. Johnny examined the interior of the house, crawled around under the house and created a small sketch of the house, indicating where the crew would add the support piers and the support beams. He and I discussed in detail all they would do if we decided to have them do the work and what effects we could expect. He explained; he thought they could raise the floors about 1.5 inches, but it was possible they could raise them a little more. He explained they would be placing concrete block piers with a 6x6 cross beam along one span and a 4x6 cross beam along another span. Several of the 113 year old 2x8 floor joists would need to have some new 2x8 sistered to them for added support and several piers added under a couple of the walls. If space became an issue, then they would use a screw jack if needed, in place of the concrete block piers. He did tell me that there would be some minimal drywall/plaster damage, just because of all the repairs that had been made to the walls over the years while the floors were settling. My wife and I decided to move ahead after reading the other reviews. We had hardwood floor refinishing scheduled in the next couple of weeks, so we wanted them to start as soon as they could, but because Johnny?s crews were so busy, we had to wait. Johnny gave me a date and they were at the house on that day at the time he said. Edgar the site foreman was fantastic; he explained what they would be doing, how long they would be doing it. If anything extra was needed, then they would be adding that. Well, we were super satisfied with the outcome. We did have some plaster damage and just has Johnny said; it was along patches that had been made over the years. Mesh drywall tape, we didn?t know existed appeared. Our main concern was eliminated; the floors no longer have a bounce and the floors are more level than they have been in no telling how many years. They brought the floors up 1.75 inches. Johnny stopped back by after his crew was done, explained after a season change like Spring, to call them back and they will come out and inspect everything to see if any settling had taken place and they would correct those then. We enjoyed working with Johnny and his crew. We would definitely recommend them. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the price they said they would do it for.

Fantastic. From the first phone call to the end of the job, these guys are great. I will say the only negative was originally when I called them, I placed a call to Johnny to estimate the job and didn't hear back. I called a second time and from that point on it was smooth sailing. They are so good that I recommended them to my boss and I am having them come back to look at some other remodeling projects we have.

The home I recently purchased was built in 1970, and had one load bearing wall that was improperly supported, which caused the floor in my office to slope significantly. Not only was it obvious that I was rolling my desk chair up and down hill when moving around, it was visibly unlevel. I met with Johnny last month for him to take a look and provide an estimate; he was on time, explained exactly what the problem was (which turned out to be a lot smaller in scope than I'd feared), and gave me a reasonable quote to install four piers and jack up the wall. Johnny's team arrived on the date and time we'd agreed to, and Edgar (the team lead) explained what he and the team would be doing. They were originally a bit conservative in lifting the wall, as they didn't want to crack any of my drywall. However, once I explained that I'd rather do a little spackling and painting than have a slope in my office, they went at it a bit more aggressively. Edgar also explained that they may be a bit of additional settling, which they can easily fix if necessary. Overall, I'm really pleased. I have one small crack in the baseboard of the office, a small wrinkle in the drywall above the corner of the office door, and a small crack in the ceiling adjacent to the wall they lifted. However, when I consider that they probably lifted the wall a good twoinches (if not more), these are pretty small things to fix, especially since the structural issue was fixed. Great job. I hope never to have to use Pro-Lift again, but I would do so with NO reservations if the need were to arise.

Johnny was one of three companies to give me an estimate, his was lower by a few grand, which as a contractor myself raises questions, but once he explained his methods they are right in line with a more well marketed company. He could also get to our project within three weeks vice two months. My foundation needed to be completely waterproofed on the rear side of my home, which entailed digging 9-12' down to the slab. They also used carbon fiber supports on the inside which are a fantastic product. The whole project went very seamlessly and I have not one complaint. After the project finished about a month later our yard had sunk some where they had moved dirt, they returned to fill the holes and the basement has not leaked once in this monsoon of a summer!

Derek and his team were all very nice. My husband had several questions during the process and the team foreman answered them and had a great attitude. Owner came in to give quote. Thoroughly explained what work would take place, who would be coming to do the work and how they would go about job from beginning to end. He explained in 2-3 months, we would call and they would come out to re-check and re-level if it was off. He also gave us instructions NOT to do any adjusting to doorframes, etc. until after their re-check. I don't remember if we signed a contract on the 1st visit or a 2nd trip - we read & signed the agreement for the work, cost, making payments over 6 months without extra fees. On the appointed job date, the owner's brother came with their crew. All the guys worked together in UNITY, cheerfully and courteous toward our family. We were amazed at the strength of these guys, hauling on their shoulders in buckets - stone to fill the French drain all the way around to the opposite side of house from drive - as that is where our crawl space door is located!!! With the brother coming into our home to check the floors, he removed his boots, slipped on clean footies each time before entering. That sure kept our floors clean!! Most companies don't do that ~ Pro-Lift Systems DO!!! The owner came back in a few months - as PROMISED - and did the check to ensure house was level. They did have to do a little extra work at that time because of natural settling. We accidentally overpaid at the end of 6 months, and promptly, the company's bookkeeper sent our money back. Isn't it WONDERFUL that you know there are HONEST guys still left?? :-) For this company, needless to say --- the JOB WAS taken care of 'AS PROMISED'. These guys surely sleep well at night, not only for their hard work, but knowing they have given their customers THE BEST!! THANKS Johnnie!! The J's

I received estimates from 3 other companies besides Pro-Lift's. All 3 had estimates of 20-22 pilings needed and only 1 identified a sagging porch cement slab. Johnny- the owner of Pro-Lift- gave me an estimate of 8-10 pilings. I was thoroughly confused as to who was correct and who was lying. I then proceeded to hire a structural engineer that estimated 8-10 pilings- exactly what Johnny had estimated and in the same locations. The other 3 companies estimates were $10-12,000 over the structural engineers report of needed pilings. As you can imagine I was shocked and will be passing this information along to everyone- including Angie's List members. The team led by the owners brother arrived on time, answered EVERY question that I asked. 2 weeks later it is very difficult to see where they actually dug the holes and fixed the cracks. I can only say good things about this company and the people that work there.
Description of Work: 1. 9 Pilings installed 2. All exterior-interior mortar cracks drilled out and refilled. I must add that this was so well done that I am finding it harder each day to actualy find the original cracks that alerted me to the foundation problem. Keep in mind that this was the only company that stated that they would drill out the mortar cracks- the others simply said that they would fill them. 3. Sagging porch cement slab reinforced. 4. Reinforced main floor joint.

I was initially impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the owner. He returned my call and was a courteous and able to come out promptly. This was one of multiple quotes I had from companies on a foundation repair for settling. He was onsite a total of approximately 20 minutes. He did not have a measuring device, level or any other equipment that I could see. He wrote up a quote and it totaled nearly twice the quote I received from another well-known company. The other company took elevation and other pertinent measurements and told me exactly how much the house needed to be leveled in specific areas and how it would be done to attain correctness. I am not an engineer but I thought that some kind of measuring would need to be done in order to give an accurate estimate of the work and cost. I doubt that I will be using this company to do the necessary work as the cost is prohibitive.

Taking measurments with a computerized level us misleading do to the fact there is no way to determine if the house was ever level when built. Our computerized level is on the truck the actually does the repairs. This house had the same priblems most house have, no support under the main load baring walls. Very common problem. Our pricing is very ,ompetitive and I wonder if the other company is licensed and insured.

I really like them. They were very nice. They were very timely, professional and really good. They guarantee their work at a lifetime of the house not necessarily the owner. They are happy to provide a certificate with that information on it if we ever sell our house. Some people worry about foundation repair so it is a transferable warranty. I asked them to e-mail me a copy of the warranty and I am going to have to call them back to follow up on it. That is the only thing. The work seems very well done. Their work was pleasing to the eye. They were as well or better than the competition.

Owner, his supervisor and crew ~personable & professional! This type of work is physically HARD. Those guys worked their tails off, except during lunch hour. We were sooo very impressed!! Even when the supervisor came indoors to talk to us and use the level, he took his shoes off - to keep our floors CLEAN! How we appreciated him!! After 4 weeks, our doors, etc. are closing smoothly & we are THRILLED with how our house is now! IT is THRILLING to know a company DOES WHAT THEY PROMISE they will do!! We misplaced the invoice & didn't remember the company name to look them up, the company sent a 'friendly' reminder through the mail. YOU WILL APPRECIATE Pro-Lift TOO - as we have!!!! Would we use them again? Hopefully not!! They did their jobs!! ;-)

When I first called this company, I got voice mail, but my call was promptly returned a few minutes later. Johnny arranged a time to come out to the house. In the mean time, my husband called to say that another company who looked at the house said they couldn't do anything because they needed to be able to go down at least 3 feet. Johnny seemed to think that company just didn't want the job because there wouldn't be enough money in it for them. He said if no one was there, he would put a bid in the mail box, and call me to let me know the results. I had given him all three of my contact phone numbers, but I never heard from him, and there was never a bid in the mail box. Because most of the reviews he had gotten on Angie's List were great, and he assured me he felt sure he could do whatever work was required, a week later, I called to see why I hadn't heard from him. I explained via voice mail, that because of the good things we had heard, I would like a bid. It's now July 5, and I still haven't heard from him, so I've crossed his company off the list, thinking it could be a sign of things to come, if I were to use them!

NOTE: I will apologize now for the difficulty in reading my story. I tried to separate information into separate paragraphs, bold and italicize important notes, but Angie's List isn't saving my changes. Day 1 -- 3 Hispanic males onsite. The supervisor (Edgar) & I couldn't understand each other well, but he tried (& with a smile). The holes for the pilings were dug. The French drain trench was dug. So far, so good -- other than I was not able to talk with Johnny or Travis since they weren't there. Johnny had said that Travis would need to go into my garage to look at the window (above the location of the 2 piles). Nobody ever on any of the days did this. Day 2 -- Several Hispanic males were onsite. The pilings were completed & the holes filled in. The shrubs that had been pulled out of the ground the day before and laid aside (in the sun) were replaced. I noticed that the stair-stepping had not closed at all. I tried to explain my frustrations to Edgar & he said he would relay my concerns (in so many words). The French drain was completed. Day 3 -- Several Hispanic males were onsite. The downspouts were completed. The dirt (very sticky, clay-like, clumpy, rocky, hard "topsoil") was spread out (as best as it could be considering its consistency). The workers spent hours chopping at the hard clumps trying to break them up so it could be spread out. At the same time, they were pounding down the clumps to try to get a decent graded service -- NEVER ACHIEVED... Several cracks on the front porch were ground out & fresh mortar added in its place. In some places the mortar was added on top of the old mortar. It was hit & miss, definitely NOT AS DESCRIBED OR EXPECTED. There was absolutely no cleaning of the porch & no sealing done. When I asked Edgar about the sealing, he seemed surprised until I showed it to him on the contract. The vents were replaced & the 3 vent wells placed against the brick wall (luckily the added dirt will hold them to the wall since nothing else is holding them there). Johnny (owner) showed up at 3pm. I explained my frustration that neither he or his brother had been there at all. He apologized & said there was another job going on & his brother was on that jobsite. I reminded him of my concerns & desires to have one of them onsite. He said that it was his brother's fault for not letting me know. I asked if he TOLD his brother that I wanted one of them onsite. After repeating that it was his brother's fault several times, he admitted that he had not told his brother my requirements. He told me that Edgar is 5% owner of the company, as is another supervisor & his brother -- that they are all equally 5% owners. The point is that is NOT what was told to me during the sales process and NOT my expectations. Even after all our conversation, he proceeded to tell me that he was only 5 minutes away & I could call him anytime -- then he LEFT. When I noticed the clay-like "topsoil" that was being pounded against the house & in (what will eventually be a planting bed again), I called Johnny back. After several minutes he returned. He insisted it was "good" soil, it is "not" clay. ( LATER ADDED NOTE: My landscaper CONFIRMED it is CLAY and not good topsoil!) We did talk more about him or his brother being onsite. He left the jobsite again? Before leaving, Johnny insisted that Edgar would make sure everything would be done 100% correctly before he left. At the end of the day, Edgar approached me with the contract (payment is due at the end of the job). Upon walking around the house, he realized the job was not complete. He said he would come back the next day with a couple of workers & complete the job. Day 4 (today, Saturday) -- Instead of Edgar, Travis showed up today -- with one Hispanic male. The worker spent the day on the hard, sticky clay -- pounding, breaking up, & attempting to grade it better. He also tried to remove (or break up) some of the large, hard clumps that were left throughout my yard (where they had been dumped). He then spread seed & straw over all the clay & on many of the rutted, bare spots left in the yard from the machinery the day before. The front porch was "finished" & a glossy seal added on top of the filthy brick. RESULTS: 9 downspouts -- they look OK. The 3 that were causing an issue at the one corner of the garage are now redirected underground & out (away from the house). LATER NOTE as of 7/15: After watching during and after a hard rain, all the downspouts LEAK at the connections against the house. The bricked house was WET around the leaking. All the caps attached to the ends of the connections were popped off and I had to replace. Water stands in the pipes, mosquito breeding grounds. NOT what I was expecting. Many are several inches above the ground. My landscaper said this will cause a problem during mowing. We will have to mark the locations and weed-eat around them instead of mowing. 2 pilings -- I'm unable to see this & can only assume it is done correctly. I could not see any correction in the stair-stepping. So, no "obvious" correction. They do have a lifetime guarantee, so I'm hoping this is good (though they have NOT stood behind any of their work so far). They did "fill" the cracks in the brickwork that initially caused my concern -- the stair-stepping. Though it doesn't look good now, Johnny said it should match better in a couple of weeks. ( NOTE: as of 7/15, the "repair" is still UGLY!) Load of dirt & re-grading -- Very unhappy with this. Clumps, very uneven ground... Yard torn up from the machinery... The even ground in my backyard is now very clumpy & uneven from all the dirt that was dumped back there. I have before & after pictures. Though they spread seed & straw all over my backyard & side yard, it still looks awful & walks EXTREMELY unevenly. They did try to break up many clots, but I will have to be very careful now to not twist an ankle in the yard (especially because you can't see the uneven spots because of the hay right now). One large root (for a tree on the side of my yard) has a huge gash taken out of it from the machinery. This was an F in my book. I would never have them bring in "topsoil" & re-grade. Please don't ask them to do this. (NOTE as of 7/15. My landscaper said I no longer have a lawn. He informed me that mowing is going to cause bare spots with the many raised areas in my backyard. They really TORE UP MY YARD. The regrading was NOT done well and they did NOT use topsoil. My landscaper confirmed what I already suspected.) French drain -- I questioned the slope of the French drain. I believed (from the look) that it actually went uphill in the middle, beside the sidewalk. Johnny said that it didn't matter. It wasn't meant to be a positive pressure drainage system, but only a gravity drainage system. This didn't make sense to me since I thought gravity only went down, but apparently I don't understand... I didn't see the work as they completed the French drain, never saw any gravel, etc. (NOTE as of 7/15: After the heavy raining, there were still puddles all around the back patio. They seemed to take just as long to "absorb" into the ground as they did before the French drain.) Re-mortar front porch & seal -- NOT happy with the final results AT ALL. Johnny was going to "include" the large cracks in the front of the porch. But, when talking with Johnny during the sales process, I asked if they could do the entire front porch & I'd pay for it. He said YES. They would do the entire front porch, clean it up, & then seal it. He assured me that it would look great. The contract only says "re-mortar porch cracks & seal". MAKE SURE YOU GET MORE DETAILS, not verbal. They ONLY re-mortared the large cracks. They did NOT clean it. They sealed on top of OLD mortar & brick. It looks atrocious! It looks SO much worse than it did to begin with. HORRIBLE. There is new mortar beside old mortar. It really needed to be cleaned before sealing. This will have to be redone. DO NOT HAVE THEM DO any masonry work! I have before & after pictures. UGLY? (UPDATE as of 7/15: My landscaper was shocked that I had spent $850 to fix the front porch. He pointed out so much that had been done incorrectly and basically told me that I had been taken on this job.) Vents & Vent Wells -- Easy enough. I've changed the vents on a previous home myself. They did NOT attach the vent wells to the house. They were placed beside it and clay added in front "to hold them up". They needed to add another vent well in front of the kitchen vent that they covered with the clay -- they did not . It is blocked now. Johnny said they may need to add one there. But, that was verbal. They do not do ANY MORE THAN THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO! Bottom line, they are a foundation company. If you stick with ONLY foundation issues such as pilings, you "should be" OK. With their minimalist attitude, I'm not sure about that... Do NOT assume since they do foundation work that is due to water issues, that they can handle all issues related to water -- such as grading & bringing in dirt. Do NOT assume they can do masonry work since they do some repair of cracks after their foundation work. DO get DETAILS in writing. Actually, I would strongly suggest taping your conversation (as long as you let them know they are being taped). I wish I had. Yes, I paid in full & indicated on the check that I was VERY UNHAPPY WITH WORK. Oh well, we live, we learn & sometimes we pay too much for JUNK. They do NOT stand behind their work. (NOTE as of 7/15: All but one of plants they pulled up during the work have died. I tried to keep them watered, but the shock of being left out of the ground, in the sun during the day, and not covered during that time was too much for them. I'm wondering if I'll be able to get anything to grow in the clay they added to my planting beds.)
Description of Work: Sales person was Johnny Spies (owner, per contract). 3-4 day job, beginning June 6th 9 downspouts = $2,200, 2 pilings = $1840, 1 load of dirt and re-grade = $1,200, 153 feet French drain = $3,900, Re-mortar front porch and seal = $850, 13 vents replaced with automatic vents & 3 vent wells installed = $325, Angie's List coupon = $600. During the sales visit, I explained that a competitor (also with great reviews on Angie's List) said they were the only company in the area that had the owner on the jobsite the entire job. Johnny scoffed at this and said he or his brother (Travis) were always at the jobsite. I told him this was important and I had thought that was what he told me when talking with him on the phone. Also when walking the property, I showed him some stair-stepping and separation in the bricks on my front porch. He said that would be no problem and indicated they could take care of the big cracks on the front while repairing any cracks above the garage, no charge. I asked if they could take care of the entire front porch and “of course, I would pay for that”. He said YES. When asked, he insisted they would do a great job. I am a perfectionist and didn’t want to see some done and some not done (old mortar beside new mortar). He said they would do a great job, removing all the mortar in ALL the cracks, clean it up and seal it. He even indicated that they would do it cheap since I was having them do so much more work. So, when he said $850, I said yes. (I thought that was a good price to remove all the old mortar, replace it with new mortar, clean all the brick and seal it.)

This lady is crazy. She needs to post her contract so everyone can read it since she has not. Been in business for 18 years, this is that one customer you wish you never met. Our reputation speaks for itself, she is a very disgruntled person.I guess she believes the more she writes the better she is going to feel.

On time, professional, courteous, kept me in the loop with each step of the process. They were very careful and thorough. Installed the 3 pilings from inside the crawl space so that exterior landscaping was not disturbed at all. Went the extra mile to re-align 2 exterior doors to close and be better insulated, as well as making sure the dryer vent was connected properly. Original bid included jack pads for a front porch. Travis found that these would not fix the problem we were having and took off of the original price. The real problem is rotting wood and subfloor from rain damage that he will fix at a later date.
Description of Work: Installed 3 pilings in a corner, several piers in the crawl space, corrected previous crawl space problems created by a different company.
