Description of Work: Shoddy work, fighting provider to complete work correctly. Having to go through our lawyer.

Description of Work: Installed piers under front porch that had shifted and also replaced two plastic downspout drainpipes with PVC pipe. Pro Lift was on time, kept us informed, finished in under a day and did an excellent job.

They Really care about about their projects and customer satisfaction, including fixings minor items outside the scope of the project just because they were under their and it needed to be done..

Description of Work: I had him look at my property, which had some issues, however he confirmed with me that these were not major, and typical of 90 year old homes. He also spent time with me in my basement, advising me of a few things I could do to improve some of the minor issues I had......and he NEVER charged me a penny. I cannot say enough about the integrity of the owner of this company (forgot his name). In the future I know who I will call when I have something more substantial.

Description of Work: All went as planned the team was on time and always called when they said they would. |I had 5 piers added to support the framing where the builder had missed some piers. I was shown the process and then went under the house to see the work. They also took pictures to show the work.

Description of Work: The owner(Johnny Spies) was prompt, courteous, and professional. He does the estimates and does an inspection when job is completed. The hard/real work is done by his brother(Travis) and his crew. He explained exactly what they were going to accomplish that day and the next, was a two day job. My old house had a couple of foundation corners that needed lifting, re-supported and sealed. Also the foundation piers/supports under the main house needed extra support added. Travis explained that some of the supports were stacks of rocks, which was common with farm houses built around WWII, some not even mortared together. Description of Work: I have a fireplace, and counter on my back patio. When we built the house I had a footer poured, but the weight of the fireplace was to much and was leaning back about one inch. My house was built up on land fill, and the spot where the fireplace settled. When the fireplace was lifted, Prolift fixed all the cracks and some that were there before. Very nice to work with. On time, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some. Usually the lower bid may not be the best choice, but not this time.

Description of Work: Installed 8 pilings under house foundation, re-mortared brick cracks, re-graded south side of house and garage with fresh soil (good, clean soil).

Description of Work: Our front porch step block (6 steps and landing in one piece) had sunk some 3 inches, leaving the last step extra high and dangerous. They were able to raise the whole block, and filled in the resulting 1 inch gap with concrete as promised.

Description of Work: Had a series of pilings installed installed under the back rear corner of my house to support the area of the foundation that was becoming uneven and shifting due to the house settling over the past 50 years. Also had 3 joists installed under the middle of the house to firm up an area where there should have been a support beam running the full length under the house (but for some odd reason had never been completed). Also had 4 underground downspout extensions put in to divert all downspout water away from the house and to keep the water from entering and settling in the crawlspace and foundation area underneath the house. Had the cracks in the bricks remortared and lastly had the entire dirt floor crawlspace covered with a heavy duty plastic tarp to keep any potential moisture damage under the house to a minimum.

Description of Work: Two corners of our home had foundation cracks, one by the garage in the front and one diagonally away from it in the back. Johnny Spiers came out on a rainy afternoon and surprised me with his experience and qualifications, but most especially with his price. A previous vendor had estimated almost $7000 for four pilings. Johnny also projected four pilings. I had one more estimate from a regional firm, and their estimate was nearly $9000! All offered lifetime gaurantees on their work. They arrived on the date and time specified. I have never seen anyone dig holes so deep so fast. Unfortunately, they ran into some challenges on concrete suppliers and pipes under the house where they didn't expect them, so it took two and half days instead of one. Based on my experience with Pro-Lift, I can endorse them heartily.

Description of Work: Had to put in a sump pump, drainage area, supports for foundation. Work was done efficiently, timely, and finished job sooner than anticipated. The first appointment to appraise the situation and see what was needed and approximate cost went very well. Johnny showed up when he said he would, looked at the foundation and then went to his truck to figure our costs. All of this was done with the first meeting. He explained to me all the details of what needed to be done and told me which parts of the project were the most critical and needed to be done first. I told him I needed to check with my husband and then would get back in touch with him. Once I decided to go ahead, I called him and we set a date for the job. He called back about a week early and said he could start earlier than we had arranged. He had to change plans to some degree when we got into the project and turns out it lowered the estimate, which was great! The crew that did the work, was super and left things in good shape. I definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs foundation work. You could not ask for better customer servic I got his name through Angie's List which I use a lot now days!
